Nice on-site restaurant for breakfast with 1/2 for hotel guests. This is an older motel but the grounds were kept up very well and the pool is well maintained. Again, this is an older property and the tv and furniture are not current, BUT everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the price was great. This location is a great value. It's about 15 minutes from the water; it's about 15 minutes from the Space Coast Softball Complex (our destination).
The lobby computer and printer are great touches, but unfortunately, they were not working during our stay.

Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were old and outdated. Long walk from parking to room. Was not very clean. Shotty repair work on shower curtain rod. Wouldn't close all the way. Leaky fixtures in bathtub, drain stopper was broken in the sink.

Location was good for what we needed. Rooms Linen and beds where clean. The rooms needs some updating since it smelled husky and looking. I Thinks the breakfast should be included nit 1/2 price. Overall was nice and clean.
Husky smells for the rooms and A/C units, The pool was out of service.

more electrical outlets. a/c went out at 3:00 am. went home because wife has copd. far for two handicaped people to unload and walk to room.
