Pros: The location was good, close to many restaurants and shops. The private room we had was large and clean, with a comfy bed. There were also cute dogs in the lobby!
Cons: We were sent to the wrong room at first that hadn't been cleaned but we were quickly moved to the right room. The shower was a bit finicky but there was hot water which was a bonus!

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff (Sir speaks English), welcome drink & good breakfast.
Cons: Dinner could be better for 10$.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and clean, it overlooked the river, no mosquitos near the rooms, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel
Cons: Everything was perfect.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is a great place to connect with nature! Waking up with the river sound was an awesome experience. The surrounding area is just speechless. The way they integrate the hotel with the natural environment is very nice. Breakfast is good and staff is polite.
Cons: It was one of the worst experiences to get there. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Transportation to get there is very limited in options. Going back to Cusco was even worse! Although the hotel itself was a great experience I would definitely not going again. There are no options of restaurants or anything to do close to the hotel. It all about enjoy the surrounding nature and the trails and sports you can do in the area (which was good to me because I like this kind of stuff... but just be aware of that). The hotel restaurant is good, although the menu is very short (two options for dinner and two for lunch).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed atmosphere and friendly ambience gave us an feeling of being in an other dimension of life.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing and beautiful place, conscientious of the environment with great and knowledgeable staff. Therr are so many species of plants and animals around. And three cute dogs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a relaxing 2 night stay after hiking from Soraypampa, to Challway, to Llactapata and finally Santa Teresa. It was a nice little retreat in a relaxing environment for a fair price. Our bedroom had double-doors that opened up to a view and sounds of the river outside (we also had some unexpected guests outside singing a little tune: the cigarra {cicada} bug ...but thankfully they weren't singing all through the night)! The property is very well maintained and truly feels like a resort. During the afternoon we did not have to venture out too far to reach one of the main attractions for the city: the hot springs of Cocalmayo (Banos Termales de Cocalmayo). The lodge offers a full set of on-site spa packages and meals although we ended up only having breakfast and drinks at the resort (both of which were delicious). The beds were very comfortable, showers and bathrooms were upscale - functioned perfectly, and wifi worked quite well most of the time. The two playful pups and little kitten were a pleasure to have around as well!
Cons: Value for Money of the Lodge itself is rather good (we paid $45/night and received a free upgrade to a 4-bed bedroom: it was very spacious for the 2 of us) but I gave one mark down on "value for money" due to the cost of extra services (mainly the spa which we opted not to use because of the price and the bar having slightly higher rates than other options). In terms of Comfort, one mark down for mosquitos biting in the middle of the night which could be easily resolved with mosquito nets hung over the beds and/or screens on windows. I agree with being immersed in nature and what an Eco Lodge represents ... but it's still nice to have a little barrier between our skin and the little critters if possible!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really beautiful and spacious place, insolite because of the cicadas surrounding the place. Kind hosts, very good food.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Yummy breakfast and very helpful and kind family
Cons: Sounding the horn of the cars outside till late in the night
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really good to say. The breakfast was okay.
Cons: Poor service at the front desk. I reserved a room the morning of and there was an option to put “not sure what time” for check in so I put that because me and my friend weren’t sure if we were going to do water rafting and didn’t know what time we would arrive if we did or didn’t do it. We got there at 8pm and the lady says she gave away my room simply because I put the option “not sure what time” for check in. Later she comes up to us as we were trying to figure out where we were staying because all the hostels were booked and says she can give me and my friend a triple bedroom but it would be 30USD more than the room I booked. Very unimpressed I payed because we had no where else to go. She was very rude and I did not appreciate her giving my reservation away to someone else when there is the option to put “not sure what time” for the check in. They should delete that option so this doesn’t happen again. Overall unimpressed with the attitude and professionalism with her and the hotel I would not recommend this place to anyone.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: > staff friendly > room, bedding clean > bathrooms clean > hot shower, good pressure. > close to everything
Cons: > noise was really bad both nights I stayed. Some club/bar close by was playing insanely loud music. > if you need toilet at night, you have to walk down stairs outside to get there.

Pros: It is a small family hostel and they were very friendly to us. Ismael was a very helpful guy and also speaks English. WIFI was very good as well. The price is very good and we very recommend to stay there.
Cons: The kitchen is not that good since it is kind of an "outdoor kitchen". And I think you have to pay some soles for using it.
