Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is very close to the airport!
Excellent 9.3
Cons: Perfect location if you have an early flight. Walking distance to the terminal - 7 minutes.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It was very easy access to Cusco airport. Mary was very kind and helpful.
Cons: We stayed there on our last night in Cusco. Our taxi driver could not find the place easily.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff and very convenient location, with easy walk to the airport. The room and common areas are very nice and clean, the kitchen was wonderful, especially since we have young children, were able to make food without having to take a taxi to a restaurant. Also the children had a nice space to play and hang out in the common living room, while we were able to watch TV in the room.
Good 7.5
Pros: We were looking for the place with walking distance to the airport in Cusco. This was great. The rooms and leaving spaces were nicely decorated. Coffee and tea available.
Cons: There was no info that the host is not able to speak English. We have slightly struggle. And it was a bit of miscommunication. The bathroom required proper and regular clean. Be aware the place is being rent out as rooms with commonly used bathroom, kitchen and leaving space. Also the fridge has not been clean from at least March. There are lots of products which are smelly and out of date.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: It was 5 minutes walk from airport. This is why we stayed here, had very early flight
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It’s walking distance from the airport so if Cusco is just a layover, it’s perfect. Mery is also very nice she helped me with my luggage up to the third floor. She also loaned me some money first since I have no exact fare for the taxi.
Cons: It’s a bit hard to find at night. The water at the shower was very hot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A great property just 2 minutes walk to Cusco airport. Clean and spacious and in a safe area. Mari was a wonderful host and welcomed us even though we arrived earlier than planned. Everything we needed was provided. We were also able to walk over to the airport and checkin the day before as we had the first flight out of Cusco at 5:35am the following day. A perfect place to stay in Cusco if you have an early departure!
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good facilities. Easy walking to airport
Cons: THE door to the bathroom got locked, we couldn't open it and couldn't phone for help. Luckily there was another bathroom and we hadn't put any of our things inside.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location is great for an early morning flight, within walking distance to Cusco airport. Was a very nice room for the low price paid. Mery was very helpful, giving good directions to a mall where I could purchase an additional suitcase(too many souviners bought)! Since we had a number of suitcases, I asked Mery to arrange for a taxi pickup early next AM. Taxi arrived promptly 2 minutes early. Even though it is located very near the airport we were not bothered by aircraft noise.
Cons: Shared bathroom

Excellent 9.5
Pros: One of the best breakfasts we have had on our travels in South America. Excellent freshly made pancakes! Staff super friendly and large, clean room. Good value laundry. Slight walk to main area but only 15 minutes and no problem for us.
Cons: There was sometimes a smell in the bathroom we think it may have been the drains but was fine with the door closed. The front door is locked most of the time so can get a little noisy with the doorbell ringing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, tasty breakfast and staff were amazing.
Cons: First night we had very small room and small bed , but we ask for change ( anyway, we paid for large bed )
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean, Quiet
Cons: Too quiet Kind of cold
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - breakfast was a great selection much better than most buffet style we have had in South America - room was big and cosy - staff were very helpful - rooms were nice and warm (which is rare in Cusco)
Cons: No
Good 6.8
Pros: Clean and safe.
Cons: Cold shower when we arrived. Not able to have warm shower until following morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Lovely staff Comfy beds Great shower Cute cat
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff are absolute angels
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice, cozy, and spacious room. Comfy bed. There was a heater in the room so it never got cold. Hot water in the shower. Great, friendly and service minded staff. Pretty decent breakfast, fresh fruits, various juices, milks and breads, and even freshly baked pancakes. Great value for the money.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit outdated and chilly. Not a deal breaker and there was hot water in the shower. In the booking.com app it says the room comes with a balcony. This true to an extent... In my excitement I thought it meant I'd have a private balcony attached to my room and with a view, but there's only a single shared balcony for all guest in the courtyard (no view), so not too much to be excited about.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Warm, comfortable room with a great buffet breakfast. Pancakes are amazing.
Cons: Needed to ring the doorbell every time you wanted to get back in to the hotel. Although someone did come pretty quickly every time.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the airport, comfy rooms and nice breakfast!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: We were able to leave our main luggage with them while we did a 2 day trip over to Puno and back with day packs, even though we wouldn't be checking into the hotel for another two days. When we arrived back at San Francisco Cusco, our luggage was in our room waiting for us.
Cons: Of all the places we stayed in Peru that we stayed, this was the one place that didn't serve eggs for breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: New building and Good Facilities, kind crews, close to airport. Good for family.
Cons: It's a little far from amaras plaza but it's ok it's just undet 10 sol by taxi.
Good 6.3
Pros: The breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing.
Cons: We needed a location near the airport, it was great for that, but not for other things. The room was dusty, and we had a load of laundry cleaned, we dropped it off at 7am and did not get it back until 9:30pm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This property gives you a lot for the price that you pay. Really liked our stay here. Very Good breakfast!
Good 7.0
Pros: Close to the airport which is the reason we booked.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extraordinary services in all aspects with mild price.
Okay 4.5
Pros: It looks nice.
Cons: One of the LOUDEST nights I have ever experienced. I was not able to sleep. So much noise. I might as well slept on the sidewalk. Constant banging noises coming from inside the hotel and someone tried to access my room in the night. Thank god I locked the door!! I had to sleep with the lights on because I was scared with all the commotion going on.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Beautiful room with a nice city view, coca tea always available in reception, very helpful staff. Reasonable variety at breakfast, and served very early.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean rooms, 10 mins away from the Center

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Paola was amazing! She picked us up at he airport and gave us tips for getting around Cuzco, let us leave our bags there while we did the Inca trail, we liked it so much we stayed 3 extra nights when we got back from the Inca trail, Paola went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, booked rainbow mountain tour for us and our bus to Puno. When we need laundry done she arranged that for us also, can’t say enough good things about her! Any time we needed anything we would just message her on WhatsApp and she would look after it! Location is great, about 5-10 min taxi to Plaza De Armes(5 soles) and 1 min walk to many delicious restaurants and being away from the plaza they are much cheaper! Also very close to a large super market where we would grab breakfast food to eat in the apartment. This has been our favorite place to stay in Peru so far, highly highly recommend!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Vanessa is outstanding—helped us get to know the neighborhood by walking with us and showing us the atm, restaurants (Pollo Toldos is fantastic) and stores (large one with foreign food). The apartment is secure and safe with a security guard. A mini market right in the complex. We loved the very hot showers! Large modern apartment with huge dining and living room. Has hot and cold taps. It is 10-15 minute taxi ride to downtown historical area.
Cons: It is a little far from town but taxis only cost 7 soles. Cold apartment but Vanessa got us an electric heater.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner, Vanessa was a perfect host. She helped us arrange our tours at a very affordable price. She speaks English and that was good because we can only understand a few Spanish words. The property is very clean, with all the necessary amenities. It is also a walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s outside the city center, but it’s easy to get a bus or a taxi. It’s also very near the airport, around 10 minutes taxi ride.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a very, very nice place to stay in Cusco. It is located just a couple of minutes from the citycenter, a nice building, very safe. The best part are the clean and beautifully decorated rooms, the hot showers, the fully equipped kitchen and especially the nice owners! The helped immediateley with all our questions, booked taxis and buses for us and we even were allowed to stay in the hotel after check-out until the evening, because we took the night bus to leave Cusco. Close by there are many good options to eat, as well as a big supermarket. We had a huge TV in our room and felt so comfortable. Thanks so much, we really enyojed our stay!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Paula was very helpful, apartment was clean and tidy, wifi was good, we got a heater as it was cold at night, allowed us to store cases while away at Machu Picchu.
Cons: No micro proof dishes for using in microwave

Pros: Great staff, especially Cecilia. Help with tours. Great breakfast. Great vslue for the money. Safe. A couple mile walk to Centro historico.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is near the airport which was desired. Supermarket at the corner. It's not for walking around in the neighbourhood but it was not what we were searching for.
Cons: Blankets didn't look very clean
Excellent 9.3
Pros: This hotel is very basic but more than adequate. It is clean, quiet and has everything needed. It is a very good option for an overnight near the airport. Did not have breakfast so cannot rate that. Less than $4 for a taxi to the airport 10 minutes away. Very inexpensive for a nice small room.
Cons: Difficult to regulate water temperature in shower.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice house run by a lovely lady. Comfortable rooms and comfy common areas.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful, the place was sparklingly clean, the breakfast was way above average and the rooms were big. It had a 24 hour reception, which comes very helpful when you need to get transportation very early in the morning (3-6 in the morning)
Cons: It is way too far from the city center, you have to take 5-6 soles taxi to get there. The tours that pick you up from your hotel can’t pick you up from this location because it is too far, so you’ll have to take a taxi to get the a more centric point, which depending on the time (most of the tours start very early) it can be expensive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: None
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Nice hotel near airport and bus terminal, the room is very clean and the staff very friendly n helpful, they provide free pick up from the airport
Cons: There’s no heater inside the room, so its a bit cold on winter time
Excellent 8.3
Pros: 1. Good wifi 2. Marco was an outstanding host and was extremely helpful with organising all aspects of our stay and gave us valuable information on what we should see and do in the area. He also stored our luggage overnight which was very accommodating 3. Big rooms with a comfortable bed 4. Close to the airport and not expensive to get to the centre via taxi 5. Great value for money
Cons: 1. No aircon or fan and the rooms can be quite stuffy 2. Can be noisy from the street 3. Could have used more towels 4. No lift in the property which can be difficult with luggage if room is on higher floors
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Good, clean, comfortable hotel! We checked in late after a long 4 days of hiking and the staff was very helpful. Comfortable bed and good shower. And then the added convenience of a free shuttle to the airport (just 10 mins ride away) in the morning.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff and service was exceedingly good for a little hotel like that. Can't complain there.
Cons: Further from city than expected but very near airport.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Hotel was very new and modern in style, a big change from most hotels in the center. Large, comfortable bed with warm down bedding and a bathtub, which was a great touch! Worth going outside the Historical Center to get a better quality hotel for a much lower cost.
Cons: Some street noise in our room, breakfast was good but pretty basic (bread and jam, hardboiled egg and sliced bananas), shower leaked water on the floor of the bathroom.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Owners are nice. No elevators but they helped carrying luggage. Provide FREE transportation to airport.
Cons: Shower/ bath is easy to wet out to dry area.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: very clean, beautiful room and the hotel staff very friendly.
Cons: A little far from the central city of Cusco, however you just needed a taxi.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Everything as it was expected, staff was super polite, location is good even its not very center taxi is very cheap. Marko was very friendly and helpful at any moment. Definitly would recomend the place!

Excellent 9.3
Pros: The owner was very hospitable. Great rate and close to airport.
Cons: Stayed because our flight got cancelled.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Helpful and friendly hosts, neat room and plenty of cheap eateries in this area. 20-30 min by bus to the center of 10 min by taxi, we used bus and it was totally ok. No kitchen facilities but they give a nice thermos with hot water and plates-forks-glasses of you ask.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Might not be the fanciest neighbourhood in Cusco, but a 6 soles taxi takes you to the central plaza in 5 minutes, the host is super friendly and helpfull, rooms are big, comfortable, clean, good hot shower.... Great value for money!!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: I tried to find a place to just relax for a few days, to recover from illness. And this place turned out to be perfect. The room was very comfortable, and the WiFi was the best I have had in Peru since Lima. Just a short walk away you can find many good restaurants, and since this hotel is a bit away from the touristic areas everything is really cheap.
Cons: If visiting sightseeing spots in Cusco is what you are planning, then this hotel is not in the best location.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Huge room. Private bathroom. Amazing owner.
Cons: Shower didn't get super hot but still good for Cusco.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room is pretty big and the bathroom is really spacious as well. The owner is extremely sweet and very attentive.
Cons: The room wasn't cleaned well and there was a problem with the hot water (which was quickly resolved).
Good 6.3
Pros: The host was very kind and welcoming. She had a large and lovely home. Her home was very clean and well-kept. The host was also very helpful. She called and requested a cab to take us to the airport the following morning. When we arrived and checked in, she prepared tea for us, heated up our dinner and invited us to watch cultural videos on her SMART TV. We really appreciate her kindness, hospitality and thoughtfulness!
Cons: The bedroom we stayed in was FREEZING COLD. It was like an ice box. It was so cold that it was uncomfortable. The host did have weighted Alpaca blankets on both beds and she gave us an extra blanket for each bed, so when we got under the blankets and our body temperatures adjusted, we felt warm....EVENTUALLY. But initially, we were very cold and uncomfortable. The host really should seal the large window in the room as a lot of cold air was coming in through that window and she should warn guests ahead of time about the cold temperature in the room. Additionally, when I asked the host if we could use the space heater in her living room, she informed me that we would have to pay an additional fee to use the space heater due to her electricity bill. That didn't sit right with me because it was so cold in the room that it felt inhumane. We were very uncomfortable and didn't receive a lot of empathy and compassion from the host. The host must address the cold temperature in that bedroom in order for guests to have a comfortable stay in her home.

Pros: The price was 25$/Canadian a night.. can’t beat that because hotel seemed new. Hostels are 10/15$ there was a king size bed and a single bed in my room
Cons: No huge complaints . Breakfast was very simple, but works. It is 3 km at least from main square so taxis is a must. Taxis are cheap, 5sol (2$canadian) if it’s busy they might charge you a couple more sols
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious clean room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with tub and great breakfast/ service.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The staff are very friendly here.
Cons: The breakfast is okay, but could have been better. We were told to use coffee mugs as bowls and the tea cup plate for our food so that made for lots of trips back to the table.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was very big, so was the bathroom. Huge bed and very comfortable.
Cons: Hotel as such is nice. Stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is a bit far away from the center. You need a Taxi/uber to get there, so not within a walking distance to the center. Also not many restaurants close by. Those you can find are quite authentic though.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was very big with perfect bed and the bath was probably the best thing in the hotel. Our stay was quite comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was such a dissapoitment. We had better breakfasts in many cheap hostels all over Ecuador and Peru but this was just sad. After never ending check-in, it was useless to ask for something because nobody was able to speak english. Reception couldn't help us with bus tickets or provide any other information. They didn't even have a corkscrew. I wouldn't complain but I think that more than 40€ for a night is a price for at least some service. 10AM check-out is not very cool and it was also slow and unpleasant. The hotel is clean and nice looking but very far from providing professional service. The way I see it, we payed for the bath.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: - Very good and wide room - clean - close to the airport
Cons: - Location - a bit far from the downtown
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff, Susan and Melissa were overall very helpful with everything even helping planning tours and getting transportation to and from the hotel at times.
Cons: It was about 10 min from center of town

Cons: Cold in the rooms

Pros: Close to a couple cheap restaurants and panaderia, as well as a mini mart. We were able to walk to the airport in a few minutes but there is a dusty place without sidewalk along the way.
Good 7.0
Pros: Receptionists
Cons: The room was extremely cold, no heating, all you can get is an extra blanket
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Just needed a room close to the airport for early flight the next day. Very clean, comfy bed and hot shower( after running it for a bit). Much better than I expected for the price and I walked to the airport in less than 10 minutes.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very close to the airport. The staff is very nice. Cheap and quite hotel.

Pros: Perfect location to get to the airport on time Clean Friendly staff Secure parking
Cons: Hot shower was almost cold

Cons: Amenities
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff, English wasn't great but we both managed to understand each other thanks for Google Translate! We'd planned to get to the airport for 3 am but thankfully was informed that the airport doesn't open till 4 am! The owner then very kindly woke us up at 3:50 as we'd overslept and then took us to the airport, free of charge (We tried to pay but he refused!). This is the perfect place to stay if you've got an early flight as the airport is literally 2-3 minutes away by car.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great off street parking. Very helpful staff.
Cons: The barking dogs in the neighborhood.

Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff, amazing!!
Cons: The bathroom a bit old
Okay 4.5
Pros: it is very hard to rate accommodation that is very cheap. there is a reason why something is cheap and this reason is that it is not as comfortable as more expensive accommodaion. I think the staff is super helpful and trying their best to ensure guests are satisfied.
Cons: i would give this accommodation an additional star if the hot shower worked as it should. I would also give one more star if guests were given access to the kitchen which was there but not available to the guests.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The owner was extremely hospitable. She was the best host of all the accommodations we had in the 16-day trip.
Cons: It's further out from the city and is difficult to find (taxi had to call to ask them for the exact location). This is good for a budget conscious traveler. Believe she has more property, so contact her to ask for options.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Paula was a wonderful hostess and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bedroom was super comfortable! And really amazing bed. I could also log in to Netflix which made it even more comfortable.. The staff was really kind and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was 2 breads with some marmalade and butter and just enough water for a cup of coffee.. Also they asked me if they could fix something in the room which wouldn't take long.. For me no problem but it took them like 4 hours of walking in and out of my room.. Making a lot of noises like drilling and hammering. Rather uncomfortable..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very kind and the place was in the best location for us.
Cons: Noting all was pefect
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast to room every morning. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. There was a bit of a mix up with out reservation, but the ladies helped us figure it out. Located in a safe neighborhood near a mall and movie theater.
Cons: Shower upstairs got water everywhere. A bit far from the historic center, but taxis are relatively cheap and the bus stops nearby.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. They brought breakfast to my room every morning and always made sure I had everything I needed. It's close to the bus route and you can get to the center easily.
Cons: There was not a shared kitchen like the listing said. The shower could use an update.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: Cold shower, not-flushing toilet... On the first day they told me I was going to need to change room on my third day, so when the time came I packed my stuff... only to find out, that I can actually stay in the room. They charge commission to your booking, so the actual price is higher.
Good 6.3
Pros: The staff were lovely and went out of there way to help.
Cons: It is way too far from Cusco central, the bathroom is tiny and showering there wouldn’t be fun.

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Betty was warm and welcoming. She rose at 6:30 am to make us breakfast, then called a taxi for the airport. She made us fresh squeezed juice, coffee and home baked bread.
Cons: If you’re staying awhile in Cuzco, it’s a bit far from the center of town for walking, but a quick taxi ride away!
Good 6.3
Pros: We stayed two nights as we were sick and needed to recharge. We had a big room with three beds even though there were just two of us. Plenty of blankets on the beds.
Cons: When we arrived, the girl working there did not expect us despite us having a booking and had to phone her boss to ask about it. The room we were given was nice but there was soap left from the previous tenants and only a half roll of toilet paper. There were no curtains on one window where the sun shone directly in. They put them up on our second day. The shower was freezing and we had to ask for it to be fixed. It just felt very thrown together. Breakfast was two pieces of bread each with jam and juice and tea. Not really great to be honest. I feel like its a bit overpriced for what you are getting.

Okay 5.8
Pros: The room and bathroom were a good size, and they let us check out later for a decent price.
Cons: I had a hard time communicating with the staff and it was loud with the airplanes going by, I thought it was closer to the airport but we had to go all the way around, so location was a little sketchy, didn’t seem very safe as tourists, hard time getting a taxi in that area
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: bed was ok, and liked the large tv
Cons: - Damp in room due to poor ventilation - 50% lighting doesnt work - Jacuzzi doesnt work properly, seems to be more for show to help sell the hotel - Poor customer service from staff. - poor location, noisy area
Okay 5.8
Pros: The rooms were big and the bed was ok. They give you tea and hot water and they have a really clean kitchen with a dining area and tv. The receptionist is helpful but she doesn't speak english.
Cons: The place is next to the airport so it's really far from the city center, impossible to walk. You need to take a taxi every time because it's located on a sketchy area. If you are planning to enjoy the nightlife of Cusco I wouldn't recommend this location, but it really works for people that travel with their car.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: There was one woman who knew quite a bit about the tours. I talked to her over WhatsApp and she was great. The hotel room was spacious and came with a towel and soap.
Cons: The hotel in general was very disorganised, in both management and organisation. The woman that checked me in when I came back to the hotel from Machupiccu couldn't find the key to my room and there had been no communication as to where my belongings had ended up. I was very disappointed with the management in general. The wifi was also pretty much nonexistent. Lastly, the location was very far away from the town center. It took me around one hour and fifteen minutes to walk from the hotel to the centro historico of Cusco.
