The hotel and Staff were outstanding. We enjoyed our stay.
The agency we booked through booked the date we left not the dates we needed. When we tried to notify the company for a refund we could not get through 5 times and never got through. Please help.
Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Big breakfast and cookies at night. Nice location.
We could hear the very loud wedding reception beneath us that went till midnight. I suggest choosing a higher floor or asking about any events when you book or check in.
The beds were comfortable and I liked the fact that there was a clean bed cover with each new guest. The location was good and the staff very nice and helpful. Lots of choices for breakfast. Cookies at the end of the day is a nice touch.
I did not like the fact that it was so close to main roads. The hotel is not in perfect condition. The rugs and lifts have seen much better days. I had thought from the description that it would be a "grander" hotel. For breakfast, I would prefer better quality : real omelets and scrambled eggs, more natural yogurts.
