Location
Booked this hotel for Relais Château and for excellent restaurants in hotel, arrived at the hotel to find out both restaurants were closed. Had to walk the streets to find a restaurant. We had travelled from Andermatt and on arrival offered no drink or their is no bar in hotel and had to walk the streets for cafe. The tea sachet had been used and not replaced and only powder milk in sachets. Had email confirmation the parking was complimentary and was told had to pay. The receptionist called Marion told me to take it up with Relais Château when a lady Called Sarah has confirmed it. Marion was very rude on checkout, this hotel did not live up to expectations and spoilt my experience on visiting Colmar

the rom was a nice size. the beds were comfortable.
the room was so hot. we turned off the heater and opened a window, still hot! the internet couldn't be accessed. the stafff didn't really care.

It is centrally located, clean, very comfortable. The hotel building is a historical place. There is a Michelin starred restaurant which is good as well. We loved everything bout here
