Lack of room choice
BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER. NEED TO SEPERATE THE SMOKING ROOMS FROM NON SMOKING ROOMS COULD SMELL IN HALLWAY
Great location. Housekeeping is outstanding...place is clean.
The facility shows its age, but for the value it was not a factor.
The staff was friendly.
For being a smoke free room, it smelled like smoke the entire weekend. Had to go buy a air fresher. It showed a picture of a pool when I booked the room. But there wasnt a pool in the hotel. Staff said it was a picture of the pool next doors hotel.
This was close to the Air Force academy and served as a close location to stay.
The sheets where thin. The bed wasn't that comfortable.
Front desk employees were like cold dead fish. Not friendly or welcoming. Getting a smile out of them would have been like bringing back the dead. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. I cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel.
Cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness
The bed was atrocious. Hard and sunk to center with hard edges.
It's within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and a 24-hour Walmart. Directly on the side of the highway and very nice staff.
Wish they offered mini cribs & small refrigerators.
The bed was so bad - sunk in the middle. Pillows small and flat. Decor was old - old faded pictures hanging crooked on the walls.
Employees were great
Ice machine downstairs only
The staff were very professional and helpful.
From the beginning to the end everything was super easy. After directing us where to park our oversize truck and uhaul trailer the valet started the checking process so was quick and efficient.
Restroom in the room.
Nothing sucked worst hotel ever stayed at beds were old and hard as a rock the owner should be ashamed of this hotel carpets were so badly stained needs replaced hall carpet was even worse
The staff was very friendly, as well as being apprecative of information we gave them concerning screens which 1 had been taken off the window and the other in bad shape also.
Room met our expectations.
We got a call about our kids being noisy (according to the people below us.) The desk clerk said they had called him more than once and he seemed annoyed, but he hadn't called us before. Stressful to be in the car all day then scolded by a hotel clerk.
Centrally located close to interstate and restaurants
The tv reception was horrible...I was in two different rooms and both tv's were bad
It was clean, convenient to get to, not too far from things to see.
The parking situation could be better for rolling suitcases, etc.
Maid service was impeccable. Our linens and towels were changed daily even when we didn't leave the room til after noon.
did not have a fridge or microwave in the room
The staff was rude and there was trash up and down the halls the smell was so over wilming had a hard time sleeping
Vending machines and staff available.
Air conditioner was below working order, towels not thick or soft.
Carpet in room was not in poor condition. TV was analog, not HD.
Liked the free breakfast
handle on the sink for the hot water broke as soon as i turned it.The light about the sink just went out. Took more than an hour to get someone to fix it. Front desk staff i could tell was irritated and was a bit passive. Water on floor where vending was.
The bed was too hard.
location was good
at 5:00 am everymorning the people directly above would jumb and stomp and were not very considerate/told front office and he said he didn't know anything about it, I let him know I was telling him, towels had pink stuff/not clean
Staff was nice and room was clean
One night we had someone knock on our door at 4am looking for someone else. Hotel should be a little more secured.
The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. However, I requested to wake up calls and did not receive either, and a free breakfast consisted of cereal! Extremely disappointing. Overall, it was just okay.
The continental breakfast consisted of cereal/coffee, and the waffle machine was Broken. I went to breakfast at a local establishment. Also, not sure if it was mechanical issues or human error, but I did not receive my wake up calls. Overall just okay.
It was quiet.
the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable... And the blankets had a course texture.
Old tvs! I brought a Playstation and was unable to connect!
almost exactly what i expected
dried gum wad on a towel hook on top of the towel door
Great value for the price. especially being up north
No microwaves or refridges in tge room
decently close to restaurants
dirty, worn out, no pool, hot tub, carpet was trashed
The bathroom was dirty. They didn't clean the room very well each day. At breakfast the selection was tiny.
It's terrible to have loud noise at '4:30 am', and the noise keep happening many time during the early morning, I called the front desk, but she can't figure out what the problem is. It's such a bad experience with this hotel
The airconditioning did not work, even though maintance tried to fix it. Worst tasting coffee ever it was like water. They made it so light it hardly tasted like coffee.
proximity to Pike's Peak, the room price was O K for one night, but a area multi-day stay would advise an upgrade. Many restaurants and stores for necessities nearby
the sliding door to the shower/ toilet room was clunky
Still allow smoking so I could smell pot smoke most of the time.
Price, that it! Igot what I paid for
Way to much to mention. When I booked the hotel online, there were pictures of amenity's fort his hotel, that were not actually there, but instead, at its 'Sister' hotel, under the same corporate umbrella, but in the same parking lot
