I really like the location of the hotel because it’s so close to a lot of restaurants & night clubs. It was very quiet & peaceful.
I will be returning for sure
Very friendly and accommodating. Had to check out a day early and manager credited account and thanked me for my stay. No hassles just friendly service. This is why I will return for all of my business in Columbia.
Hillbilly feather pillows and comforter left down dander in the air of the room that kept my eyes red my entire stay. The room was noisy since it next to a night club that patrons talked loudly coming and going all night. Being close to the train tracks and hearing the train whistle all night didn't help either. Even though the staff removed the feather products it left the feather dander in the air, so I doubt I would stay there again.
friendliest and the most courteous staff
We loved the location and the clean and beautiful rooms, but we loved courteous staff the most. They were very friendly and helpful.
The parking. We had to park our car across the street in a parking deck.
The hotel is beautiful 6 story all brick building in the heart of the restaurant and historic district in downtown Columbia. Located within walking distance to over 82 restaurants and entertainment venues including USC, SC State Museum, Riverbanks Zoo and the State Capitol. The hotel is also minutes from the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, Colonial Life Arena and the University of South Carolina.
