Pros. Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located with parking making much of downtown accessible.
Cons. The restaurant has a lot left to be desired. The food isn’t memorable especially when there are so many other innovative dining options in Columbus.
Pros. The staff was the best part of the whole place. Overall a beautiful place definitely worth going back to and you were treated like you are the only one that matters. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are a nice slice of home.
Cons. The bar and room service are a touch overpriced but the service itself is great, the staff makes up for the price I suppose.
Cons. Placed a breakfast order, when it didn't come at the time I called and they said it would be a few minutes 20 minutes later still no breakfast. Finally told them to cancel the order which they did (no charge).
