Pros (+) Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located with parking making much of downtown accessible.
Cons (-) The restaurant has a lot left to be desired. The food isn’t memorable especially when there are so many other innovative dining options in Columbus.
Pros (+) The staff was the best part of the whole place. Overall a beautiful place definitely worth going back to and you were treated like you are the only one that matters. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are a nice slice of home.
Cons (-) The bar and room service are a touch overpriced but the service itself is great, the staff makes up for the price I suppose.
