Welcome to the full service Holiday Inn® Columbus/Hilliard, located only 15 minutes from Port Columbus International Airport and a short drive to major attractions such as Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Zoombezi Bay, and the Ohio State University. We are also close to one of the largest malls in the U.S; Easton Town Center. Comfortable bed, pretty clean, roomy, nice TV. Liked the Kuereg for coffee in the room.
Pros:I liked how accommodating they were to an early checkin. They also accommodated the fact our room wasn't ready and gave us a free breakfast coupon
Cons:Other guests were quiet loud in the evening.
Pros:Bed was very comfortable. Loved the mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of space. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Cons:Need to supply body wash, hair conditioner, mouthwash and utensils for coffee and eating food. Also make it more clear that there is a complimentary breakfast in the morning...we weren't sure so we had to go downstairs in the morning to check.
