The hotel had NO HOT WATER for majority of the day. Had to take cold showers. Paid $25 for late checkout to sleep off the migraine. Workers were knocking on the door, 3 times total, to scream when I was leaving. Front desk did nothing. The hotel itself was disgusting. Leftover hair in the showers, opened soap in the shower.

Pros (+) 1 mile or less from Disney. Clean and comfortable and quiet when we were there and our room faced the main 192 street. Plenty of places to eat. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Decent hot and cold breakfast. Small fridge and microwave in room were very convenient. In room safe for valuables. We would stay there again.
Cons (-) Breakfast ended at nine and some mornings that was too early for us. Beds were softer than we like but we had 2 queen so got to choose.

Pros (+) VERY clean rooms! The bed sheets were clean and didn't have any smell to them, as were the towels. The floors and carpet were clean. They have an ok breakfast that included the usual cold cereals, assorted baked goods, apples, oranges, bananas, and also scrambled eggs and sausage links (I ate the eggs, which were edible at least. Pros (+) Clean & comfortable, which is a top priority for me. Nice friendly staff. Since it was just an overnight stay on my way to the Orlando airport from Sarasota, the value was excellent.
Cons (-) Went to breakfast at 8:30. Most of the food was gone & no one was refilling. There was also not enough seating. Had I known I would have gone to the IHOP .

Pros (+) The proximity to all things Disney World was a huge feature for this hotel. Also the local eating options were such a bonus to help make an affordable quick trip to Disney. There was plenty of space for my family of 4. The breakfast, though not the highest quality, was plentiful and varied. It helped start our day right!
Cons (-) We were disappointed that the pool closed at least 2 1/2 hours early and they did not open the pool up because they couldn't find the key. The kids were disappointed.
