Location and front desk staff (they attended requests quickly)
Cleaning staff should be more efficient changing towels, and bringing soap, shampoo, etc without the need of calling to front desk to ask for them.
dated. In need of renovation
Carpet smells humity close to pool, need change for tiles
The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, the amenities were awesome, and the wildlife was so cool.
Would be nice if the rooms were a little more updated. The bed wasn't awful but wasn't amazing either.
Nice place, comfortable, many amenities. Could use some updating. Couch/pull out was not the most comfortable if using as a bed.
Older hotel (probably circa 1970s) but friendly, safe, reasonably clean, close to Orlando attractions. No smells or excessive noise. Our room was closer to the back, which is where a small but pretty lake is located. There's a grill and a few chairs in the back, too.
Some maintenance needed. Old, small towels. Toilet paper that is thinner than RV/marine toilet paper. Breakfast is only coffee, orange juice and donuts.
I loved the location and the latout of the property.
I didnt find the roaches and bugs in the room to comforting. The building that we were in, for some reason didnt receive the wifi connection too well according to the receptionist. The washer and dryer didnt work in our room as well.
It was gross.ch caked in and got to the room. Bed sheets were torn, security latch broken off, we were only in the room 10 minutes and started breaking out with a rash. Staff was mediocre. We did not stay
Location. Check in clerk very helpful
I’ve stayed at this location in the past and really enjoyed it, this time no so much. My room was very outdated. Our last night, we woke up to be attacked my fire ants, it was like a horror scene. When we checked out, I informed the desk clerk and she seemed not to be concerned. Won’t be returning
