The Radison is close to the main railway station and 30 mins from the Airport. It is about 1 mile from the heart of Copenhagen and from the upper floors it has a beautiful view. The rooms are good sized for European standards. The included buffet breakfast was average at best. The Italian cafe was average at best. The Thai restaurant is horrible, waited 45 mins for a table when there was plenty of open tables and no one else in line, then once we were seated no one came by for 45 mins!! No water, no asking for drinks, nothing!!! We finally left after being there for almost 2 hrs! We noticed that many of the seated people were in the same situation. The next night we decided to place an order to go from the same Thai restraurant, we were the first in line when it opened and placed our order, 30 mins later we went to get our orders which they had messed up. I noticed that the to go orders were much smaller then the table orders but cost the same. Because of the location there isn't any other options to eat unless you want to walk a mile. The gym is the best I have seen in a hotel with MMA and kick boxing classes included for hotel guess. Copenhagen is an expensive place to visit as everything is taxed to the max. A meal for two at a cafe with a glass of wine will set you back 100 euros.
Pros. It was amazing everything and everyone!!
Cons. Cleaner and More care about housekeeper
Pros. Friendliness of staff
Cons. Cannot control room temperature. For price paid, I'd expect the courtesy of being able to decide for myself what my room temperature should be. They offered me a little table top fan and Said sorry. Or, "Open your window..." except there is so much road noise that I couldn't sleep with this option. Very dissapointed with this hotel. P
