Staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Convenient location to Quaker Meeting House where I was attending a ProNica.org Board Meeting. Very nice hotel within walking distance of many restaurants.
Wished they would have had gluten-free pastries with morning delivered-to-room service.
What a lovely hotel!!!. Old fashion furniture, the elevator which required an operator, the feeling of staying in a hotel of the 1920, and everything at 300 m from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.
You have to get the breakfast in the room, and we would like to have it in the restaurant, that it is close in the mornings.
The location since Coral Gables is central to move arouund Miami.
I found the room very crouded and old. The building looks nice from the outside, but the rooms need to be updated.
breakfast! please offer something better!
I loved the antiques and the ambiance of this hotel. It was gorgeous and I will be staying there again.
Restaurant staff and new General Manager very helpful and made stay enjoyable
complimentary breakfast process not user friendly
It is beautifully restored - like stepping back into the 1920s
Staff seemed glum, as though the place is about to go out of business
