Cons. Great overall. Slow service in lobby area for the lobby menu was only complaint.
Pros. Location and cleanliness, except for being a smoking room, of the hotel are very good.
Cons. We had to book online at the last minute. Booked 3 rooms for 3 adult family couples. When we got there we realized with the rooms given, no way to tell online, we could get away with 2 rooms as they were big rooms. We asked to change and weren't allowed because of the online booking. Also one day of the rooms assigned was a smoking room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes, again asked to change and weren't allowed to. Rooms were quite pricey as well, the most expensive night on our 2 week vacation was at this hotel. Had breakfast the next morning and one room came with breakfast, no idea why?
Pros. The hotel and rooms were very attractive and clean. The restaurant was fine.
Cons. The room was on the warm side and the only bedding was a duvet. We prefer a sheet with a blanket.
Pros. Everything! I wonder why it's just 4 star? Clearly 5 star service.
Pros. Comfy and well priced
Cons. Massage chairs in cinema not working Food in restaurant not too great
Pros. Great large room with all facilities incl wifi. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Great evening meal in restaurant. We are world travelers staying in 3-4 star chain hotels, we wish every hotel was this good! We never heard one plane take off! Stay here. We cancelled a city centre hotel in Cork on arrival because of traffic and limited parking. i.e. No parking! Stay at this hotel ! You will be pleased. Staff are very helpful too!
Pros. Fantastic. Stayed 7 nights, would go back to Ireland just to stay at this hotel. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Staff was wonderful, especially Manny at the front desk. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Restaurants were good, location was central to everything. Highly recommend !
