location matched my needs.
Mom and Pop situation with 2 young kids of the manager running around the lobby like I was at their house. At 5 a.m. I went to leave lobby to take a jog. Front doors were locked shut. Made me feel sort of locked in.
good location and clean.
We signed up for a King sized bed, but we given a double.

The staff was very nice. Room was nice also cool when we checked in bathroom was clean and nice looks like it had been updated since I last stayed very nice.
Good location near Helen attractions
Breakfast experience was very disappointing. Just one person for the front desk and breakfast area so everyone had to wait. Manager offered no apologies. Just kind of slammed things around.
Bed was comfortable
Towels and sheets were stained or dirty. The mattress pad was sized for a double bed, but my bed was king-size. They were replaced after I complained and I was told that several of the help were 'let go'. The 'hotel owner ' didn't seem very concerned.
the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and nice, breakfast average.I would stay here again This may be the cleanest room we have ever stayed in.
breakfast could have better, but that is a minor thing.
Walls were dirty with hand, foot, and other prints. Bathroom floor and tub was dirty. Shampoo and conditioner bottles half empty. Pool was ice cold and pool totals were actually hands towels. Door didn't close very well. Will not stay again.

The room was very nice, updated and clean with one exception.
The address was difficult to find. I had to call for directions., even with a GPS. Their physical address listed was not what it should have been for the hotel. Once there it was fine. Ants got into our lunch box. Otherwise clean room.
Nice breakfast. Clean.
Water was either too hot or cold. Insufficient towels. Asked it we didn't need room service each day to put 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. sounded like, 'Since you are getting a good rate, we don't think we should have to clean your room every day.
They just remodeled the rooms awesome for the price. I have already scheduled my next trip and will be staying here.
The staff was very courteous, and made us feel at home, and the bathroom was very spacious.
The free breakfast was free for a reason. It wasn't good at all, but.... It was free.
The room smelled. It needed to be updated the bathroom was nasty. The tub was stained so it looked dirty. The grout on the floor was stained and looked dirty. I felt like I was in a motel not hotel.
It was clean, staff was friendly. Pretty good breakfast and the location was great. We visited Helen from here and it was a nice ride. Conveniently located to shopping in Commerice and restaurants too.
The hotel room was clean, breakfast was good.
There was nothing not to like.
The hotel was clean and in a convenient location.
I arrived late and needed a shower before I went to function that I came for. There were no towells in the room so I went to the front desk and was informed that they didn't have any clean towells. The remote didn't work and they ran out of breakfast.
Too expensive for quality and location. Also, hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, although we asked for non-smoking.
Nothing. Very pricey for dirty moldy shower and rude people who do not know what they are doing.
You might as well buy a room and the local Days Inn or whatever 1-2 star hotel they have on that road because you will get the same things for a lower price. Probably cleaner however. The nerve, they put me on a room with a dirty moldy disgusting shower
the bed was comfortable, was a nice size room- could have been cleaner
upon arriving, sign at desk said 'helping other guest, be right back' 20+ min. later I called the hotel-5-6 rings later the desk clerk came walking out of a employees only door w/no apologies about our wait. felt like we were a bother to her
the bathroom was not very clean the first night. it had black streaks in the toilet and the floor was sticky in front of the sink.
The breakfast wasn't bad
The towels had holes in them, they didn't have extra blankets. The indoor pool wasn't heated, the staff was friendly (for the most part) but not professional
At the time of my visit there did not seem to be that many guests at the hotel so overall it was very peaceful and quiet.
Although it appeared the bathtub had been recently cleaned it could have used a little more scrubbing. The outlet in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall & not noticing this right away I received an electric shock attempting to plug something in.
Breakfast was better last year.few days no breakfast meats
it is close to where my daughter goes to school
It was dirty, there was old pizza in the refigerator when we checked in, the fan in the bathroom kept blowing the fuse on the outlet. The other outlet was so junky that things would not stay plugged into it.
The indoor pool is in a separate building and you have to go outside to get to the building. Once inside the building there is a pool but it is not heated and very cool in the room. Not warm enough for a bathing suite. The weight room is a joke and is in the same building with the pool with a glass door separating. The only weights in the room are stationary running track, stationary bike and a small pulley machine. There should have been a better description in the hotel telling of these things. On the other hand the morning breakfast was fine, but to many carbs on the menu and no eggs. Mostly bread type items like muffins, french toast strips, waffles, sweet rolls, cereal, hot cereal, bread for toasting and biscuits. Need more variety, like eggs, fruit cups, etc. The staff was very helpful and when asked to the time to explain restuarants in the area. Although they had no printed list of restuarants you could go to. Room was quite clean and presentable and bed was comfortable.
The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food. Overall our experience was very good and would stay there again.
Nice rooms, clean, helpful staff. Good breakfast and location. Convenient location to many interesting places.
Due to the rate, I was not expecting very much from this hotel. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and modern. Large variety for breakfast.
We stayed at the Baymont Inn in Cornelia, Ga for 1 night after dropping our daughter off at Piedmont College. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our younger daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Only thing is, it looks like there used to be a hot tub at the foot of the pool, but it has now been filled in with concrete. The breakfast was quite nice considering the reasonable rate for the room. Homemade Waffles, Eggs, and the standard cereals, oatmeals, breads, juice and coffee. The room was comfortable. Only complaint I have is that the tub seemed to have some substantial dirt stains that would require a little more elbow grease with scrubbing. Still, we definitely will use this hotel again. Good location, good rate, good rest.
