Pros (+) Nice size room and bed, nice old-fashioned furniture, good a.c. with remote control, ditto TV, view of bay and park. Rooftop okay for view. Facilities aged but not expensive.
Cons (-) Hot water very hit and miss. Street sounds easy to hear. People set up for open air market in park starting about 3:30 a.m., dropping metal poles on street and calling to one another. bathroom had spiderwebs and aged plumbing, cracks in shower stall and tile.
