I stayed in this hotel for one night with my family and it was very comfy. The lounge and restaurant/ breakfast area are well maintain, modern and Clean. Cristina at front desk was very polite and she did reply in less than 15min when I had a issue with my CC, before my arrival. The hotel is not in the city center, but as a business hotel it's totally understandable. If you have car you can easily park in the city center. The rooms are spacious with a good size bed. The hotel has pool and fitness/ spa areas,we haven't used but is an extra. Breakfast is ok, good selection of bread, espresso machine and cappuccino/ latte/ flat white machine, 2 different juices and the normal English breakfast selection. Fruit salad and cakes. Big plus is the garage and Lidl store next door.

The hotel offers great value for money. The room, the restaurant, the staff, breakfast etc, everything was excellent. Although it was end of the service hour they prepared a delicious lunch for us when we arrived tired and hungry. Much appreciated. The big lobby and swimming pool is also very good. Free parking is place is just another advantage.
In general there is nothing that I dis not liked. Just one point to highlight, as I had a car, location of the hotel at the entrance of Covilha was not a problem for us; but it could have been a problem without car.
