Pros. Amazing staff - will do anything to help you and make your stay the best possible GREAT location - 3 minute walk to Centro Historico Great food - buffet breakfast was great every morning included: lots of fruit, lots of different bread/roll options, eggs any way you want them, meat, tamales, coffee, multiple types of juices, avocado, nuts, and more that I'm probably forgetting Room was very beautiful and had two levels - beautiful stone- wall bathroom
Cons. nothing!
Pros. Amazing staff- when I told them we were leaving early in the morning (2:30am) before their buffet breakfast they OFFERED to leave pack lunches for us at the front desk so we'd have it for our trip. When we woke up the next morning for our trip the front desk guy gave us our lunches as they promised at 2:30am. They went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Great Location - RIGHT next to the Plaza De Armas in Cusco, and next to some great restaurants Beautiful Room - our room had two levels and was very elegant looking inside. The bed was comfortable, tv worked great, and the bathroom was really nice
Cons. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel!
Pros. Staff was great, location was awesome. This hotel is absolutely perfect if you plan on being on the go since you are right near the armas square.
