They didn’t get our reservation from online and couldn’t get a refund because apparently no one knows where the money was put… we were able to book the hotel because they had an availability. The location was FANTASTIC tho! Right next to plaza de Armas and the 12 angled stones. The facilities weren’t the cleanest but it was fine for me and my friends that don’t stay in the hotel that much. We lost out on two nights worth it money which was disappointing but it was worth it for the location.
