Good location in Dachau nice clean rooms & bathrooms Parking available but convoluted to use & access since in a basement gated parking garage late check in was awkward -probably because of holiday season
Central location and very accommodating staff. Noise from traffic was excessive as our room was on hotel front.
Ideal location for touring both Dachau and Munich. It is a 5 min. walk to the train station and 20 min. train trip to Munich. The outside of the hotel is not impressive but the room was one of the nicest we had in Germany. Excellent breakfast buffet.
We had been to visit the Dachau concentration camp memorial, hence choosing Dachau to stay for the night. The hotel was fine for this purpose, friendly staff at reception, with a bar for coffee/nightcap later. Handily located for short walk to local restaurant, though you might need a car/catch bus into the main town centre. Room and breakfast were both adequate. Safe car parking underground was provided at daily rate. Bed was comfortable. Free internet access a bonus. Was slightly surprised that, as a 4* hotel, it did not have its own restaurant for evening meals.
comfortable bed and clean room. Quiet atmosphere.
Staff were really helpful and breakfast was excellent Room was too hot and lift was broken
Located in the heart of the town, next to lots of stores. Room was very clean, neat, and beds were very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet--the best we've had on our trip! A very nice place to stay! No complaints at all. Parking is a problem, but they do as well as possible. The parking garage is underground and maneuvering is tight.
We were very pleased with the helpful staff and impressed by the morning breakfast buffet. Dinner dining options were very limited
very dirty carpet, no internet access
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet was included free of extra charge. The hotel is within walking distance to the Train Station and the older part of the city. We couldn't turn off the heat, and the room had no real air flow.
Great staff. Not very close to the city center of Munich or the train station in the area.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and fairly spacious for a single business traveler. All international outgoing calls are free, so is the Wifi The hotel is not on any immediate transport route. The train station is a good 10 minute walk. Travel by taxi or underground is a minimum of 40 minutes into central Munich. The rooms have no safes or fridges
The location was very convenient The noise from the rain and wing through the windows
Free W-LAN Internet Access It was not clear that you can have W-LAN Internet Access for free.
Free-of-charge parking, Tishin The restaurant did not work
The vitamines that are available at the reception in the morning, as part of the Victor's Good Life initiative. The fact that the restaurant was closed on Friday and Saturday evening. The shower cabine is realy small.
The hotel staff were polite and accommodating. The language barrier was not much of an issue. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A hotel in a business area should have wifi access to accommodate business travelers. The access was slow and sketchy.
nice breakfast bar
Staff were helpful and efficient, mostly spoke English. Breakfast was excellent. Building isn't new but very well kept. Neighborhood is quiet -- no vespas, no trucks, no trains....
Very clean spacious room, helpfull friendly staff. Excellent value with a good chice at breakfast.
I want to have hot boiling water
Friendly staff. Enough staff. Great breakfast. Great environment with large castle with big public park around it as next neighbour. Internet included. Nice with shuttle to S-Bahn. Temporary internet problems during my stay.
Very nice hotel for the money. Great breakfast and breakfast patio.
The hotel was very good in terms of value for money. The free breakfast buffet was excellent and runs until 10:00. The wifi service was also good with continuous internet connectivity. The internet password expires every 2 days, so you have to go to the reception and get a new one. I prefered the hotel since I choose to have a rental car, otherwise the nearest train station is a bit far. The overall experience was really good. The television had olny one english news channel and rest all were Deutsch. If you have to spend time in the room itself, it could be difficult to pass your time with no engish entertainment channels.
Nice location next to palace grounds. Family room for 2 adults plus one child. Very nice breakfast buffet. We had the family room on the bottom corner. There was a lot of noise from the stairs and upstairs floor.
Friendly, helpful staff, and very good breakfast included in the rate. Nothing negative.
The breakfast was amazing! The buffet was delicious, healthy with a variety of fresh breads berries, muesli, and yogurts to choose from. The table was set with pretty china and cloth tablecloths and napkins. The manager was kind and apologetic for the stange welcome (see what we liked least) There was no one to check us in and the front door was locked. They hid a key for us but didn't tell us. We never thought to look for a hidden key at a hotel. After standing outside for a while a guest came along and told us there was a key hidden by the door for us.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent and very fresh.
It was very nice. stuff is kind.helpful . dining room is also good..
Convenient to the town and accessible in 20 minutes from Munich airport
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. But I believe it was a bit overpriced. But then again, we were in the area during Ocktoberfest, so maybe this is why the price was high. The bells! The staff and the community should place pressure on the local authorities to limit the bells ringing to daytime. It was horrid...they went on all night long, very 45 minutes! Someone mentioned those bells, but I didn't think it would be a serious issue. Believe me...it is very serious especially if you are going to be there more than one night.
Extremely comfortable and very clean; nice pasta in Italian restaurant downstairs. Very convenient for visiting Dachau Concentration Camp. It was fine for us in September but I suspect being above an Italian restaurant could well have been noisy in the summer months! Also a new member of staff didn't have any idea about the luscious icecream desserts on offer, and my husband ended up with just two scoops in a bowl!
The room was very clean, light and recently refurbished. We had a good nights sleep. They do however close at 10pm and you need to check in before then. Once checked in and you have your keys access is no problem at any time of day/night. There is free parking in small private car park. Dachau train station is approx 20 min walk. I was shocked to be charged €23 (approx £18.50) for a normal German breakfast (meats, bread roll, juice and a coffee for two). Especially as this was inclusive at the next place we stayed.
the staff is good the location is not good
Excellent loaction. Friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends None
Clean room, easy access to train into Munich no
Location and parking They did not have my reservation even though it was made through Booking.com several weeks prior to arrival. However, rooms were available - so it worked out ok.
The room and food were excellent, and the convenience of the location next to the station meant we were in central Munich in 15 minutes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Very close to public transportation . Freindly staff. Clean rooms . Very nice restaurant and breakfast.
Exceptional courtesy and friendliness from both the hotel staff and dining room personnel. Clean accomodations and excellent food.
Close to the Bahnhof and a few needed shops.
Next to Bahnhof, great access to all of Munich at a great price
Quiet and very nice neighborhood, proximity of public transport (S-Bahn) %
I don't like room 121!
hotel, the staff, the location, everything was 100%keep up the good work.
Each and every staff member was personable and exceeded my expectations. They were thorough during the check-in and check-out process and specific in their recommendations for traveling and dining. I felt right at home although I was far away from home. Their fitness center can use updating.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and clean We thought the food was great! I especailly liked the free internet access. It's very useful these days.
service and facilities, frendly people
very nice and modern hotel, new and clean, lots of facilities in the room, good menu in the restaurant, nice location by the river, nature, could rest well after a long trip
Excellent staff, good restaurant and value for money
The hotel restaurant is closed on a Sunday.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious, walking distance to town and river walk. Restaurant not open the night we arrived, which was a sunday
The people were very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast was very good. Minimal amount of parking.
Very friendly manager and very helpful Probably would have to say that the parking could be a problem as there are only a few hotel assigned places else your on the street. Luckily we had no problem for the one night we stayed.
It was convenient to the concentration camp in Dachau, Germany. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and met our needs. It just took us a little time to find it because it was on a one-way street.
This is a low price hotel that provides the minimum needed for a night's sleep. There was no one at the reception desk when I checked in. My key was in an envelop taped to the front door. The "free internet" did not work and since there was no one at the reception desk, I could not get any help. The next day, they gave me a code, which did not work. When I returnted to the front desk for more help, there was no one there.
Large room, small hotel, nice breakfast, convenient parking, close to Dachau camp historic site Bit tired room, no shower curtain and no hair dryer, cheep soap pouches w/o shampoo
It was conformtable and nearby the concentrationcamp no
The hotel is very peaceful and the staff is very cordial, the breakfast is very excellent!
location, cleanliness, breakfast and price
Close to the memorial site. Good breakfast, spacious rooms. Quiet area although it was in an industrial area. The curtains were very thin so light quite bright in the morning.
Very close to train stop (easy trip into Munich), supermarket, and many places to eat. Rooms were simple but very clean Rooms were a bit warm, but opening window helped. Outside could be a bit noisy at night, but closing the window helped.
Very near the train station with direct links to the airport and city centre. Excellent buffet breakfast.

It is right next door to a really good Greek restaurant. It is a bit closer to the airport than being in the city in Munich. Our room was right next to a staircase, which is connected to a shopping area with a nightclub/casino. It was extremely loud with footsteps on the steel staircase and people yelling.
Neat and clean quiet hotel without any disturbance.Very near the S1 line. B/F was just OK. Must not be priced more than Euro 6.00
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff
We liked the staff, they were friendly og smiling.. We also liked the breakfast. We think it is a little bit expensive compared to what you get.
Very close to the City & Airport and comfortable without being too being too big Breakfast should be added to the room price - no-one likes paying extra
Quiet room, recently renovated The bill was considerably higher than the price offered at booking.com.
Clean and fresh, comfortable. Location
Cry clean and large rooms It's a train ride from everything. But hardly a problem.
