Still haven't gotten deposit back, other guests say the same thing
Pros. nothing at all
Cons. - Unfriendly and rude staff - Shady peoples - Trash lying around everywhere in the property - Rooms full of roaches, flies - Sticky carpet and dirty bed covers - No tissues - Non working exhaust fan in bathroom It's better to sleep in your own car than this hotel. We made a very late decision to go to Dallas. So we made reservation online and we also called the hotel to confirm the reservation as we were going there for late check in. When we get there with our kids they said they don't have any reservation for us. They offered us a smoking room instead for full price. The staff was very rude and refused offer any explanation why our reservation is gone and why they can't offer the same price as our online reservation. Don't even think of going close to this hotel let alone stay.
Cons. We're do I start first of all the hotel had bad roaches. People are walking around and banging on your door for drugs. People were passed out on the stairs. There prostitute where in the stairs asking if you wanted to have a good time with them
