Pros:The maintenance man was very nice, quick and accommodating. The breakfast was nice.
Cons:We arrived in the evening time. The kids put their swimsuits on for the indoor pool, which is the reason we picked this hotel. The water was cold...not cool but cold. What’s the point in having an indoor pool? Upon first arriving in our room, we turned our ac on a little. Later, when getting ready for bed, I turned the air down. After a bit, I noticed the room wasn’t cooling down any. After checking both the wall unit and the actual unit, I walked down to the front desk, who told me maintenance would be up shortly. Not even 5 minutes later, he was there. He checked a few things, went and got tools, came back and checked some more. He then came back and asked me to escort him to a different floor. He brought me to a different room and we checked the AC to make sure it worked. He then gave me the new room keys and asked us to switch rooms. It was 10:45 at night and we had 2 young sleeping kids...it was frustrating. The maintenance guy ended up telling me that the wiring in our first room was faulty and had we not called, it probably would have caught on fire during the night. Yikes! I didn’t hear one word from the front desk. No apology, no checking to see if we were good, nothing. Upon checking out the next day, I found they charge a $5 parking fee....why?!?! A few days after arriving home, I found they charged me twice for the $5 fee. Currently waiting for that to be fixed. Overall, was not impressed with this place for the amount I paid. Won’t stay here again.
