We really enjoy the Bar/Restaurant downstairs; Rio Bravo! The price is excellent for what you get.
My room had a hole in the wall and the bathroom seemed a bit sketchy but overall it was fine, nothing to make a formal compaint about.
The rate was great, staff was friendly, and the lobby looked nice.
The king sized room we stayed in had holes in the wall, a gaping hole under the bathroom sink that showed off the pipes and cement, and the tub's caulking was black from mold. The fitness room was straight out of the 80s- half of the machines didn't work and the one treadmill that did work overheated after 15 min and shut down. The hallways stunk of pot, the towels had holes, and the shower curtain didn't shut letting water vet all over the ground. The only saving attribute was the Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel had good food and even better drinks.
Everything in our room was relatively clean, had a fridge (I only say this because a few months ago I stayed at a $350 per night hotel that didn't have them..???).
The evening staff was not friendly or knowledgeable. The area is pretty sketchy, not to mention the half dressed girls running around in and outside of the building. Not a family friendly place at all. Only do it if it's your only option. And try not to stay on the second floor. Unless you wanna get a contact high from the smell of maryjane.

Terrible service, the furniture and bed quality was horrible and there were a lot of mess and drunk people.

Nothing, nasty, noises and dangerous. You should not go there without carrying. Front desk was less than pitiful. Cafe and bar are closed. I got my money back thru hotels.com.
My room was fine, but , It was kind of noisy. Could hear next room flushing their toilet.

I prepaid for 2 nights. I left my personal belongings in the room after the first night. I received a call from the hotel manager around 1pm asking if I were going to extend my stay another night and that she would require a payment from me. As I tried to explain that I had prepaid for 2 nights, she was very rude and did not want to hear it from me. I was told that their system does not make mistakes. I told her that I would extend my stay and when i returned to the hotel that evening I would deal with the payment then. When I returned in the evening, I showed the reservation to the manager and that it was prepaid for 2 nights not one. She said she would have to call Priceline as they only authorized one night and she would have to get payment from them before she would let me back in the room. I had to wait for several minutes in the lobby, before they let me back in my room. After she took care of the issue with Priceline and made sure that she understood that she was rude and very unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. I will not stay at Ramada again, nor will I recommend it to any one moving forward.
Luis worked the main counter in the evening and was very helpful and friendly.
The staff didn't clean the rooms until later in the afternoons when I was already back in the room so it went without cleaning once or twice.
I booked a room a few days in advanced. When we arrived and checked in no one mentioned the room that I booked was unavailable. We dropped off our luggage and went to dinner. After I realized it wasn't the correct room when I went looking for the microwave and refrigerator. I was told my original booked room was not available, so the clerk told me I had to either accept the room or get a refund because the entire hotel was booked. The front desk clerk was very nonchalant about the situation.
