The location was perfect. Fabulous location on Daniel Island! Staff: Super super friendly staff. Very clean and in a great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice location and very clean.

Did not have breakfast. This hotel is pet friendly - every where I looked I saw dogs. The HVAC in the room was not working right to heat the room. Guests did not pick up dog poop despite convenient bags and disposal cans. Prepared breakfast was subpar. Loud other patrons in the lobby. Bed very uncomfortable and staff opening door after knocking and not giving guest time to get to door. Hotel is expensive. It was 25% more than the Hampton next door. The breakfast was bad. Breakfast sandwich’s were low quality. Room had a strong deodorizer smell and I am chemically sensitive. The smells from the room wasn’t pleasant. The batter for the waffles was too liquid and the staff declined to help. The room is lovely the staff was very professional and very kind the breakfast was great. The only trouble we ran into was the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Booking.com misrepresented the room. bed not comfortable. The night staff was not nice at all specially the front desk person his name was Dylan he was rude when I was having trouble with the remote control of the tv he didn’t send any one to check up the problem instead he told me I had to come downstairs to get a new remote if I wanted to watch tv!!!! he was very rude! When you paying $250 per night I expect a little more courtesy ??‍♀️. the main lobby all the way down the first floor hall was a really bad sewer smell. I wished the seafood restaurant was open near the hotel. I had to get another room because the one I booked wasn’t clean. saw a lot of hair on the bed and bugs.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
