The staff really help you in all matters. Sincerely thanks.
It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
The breakfast was not good, they had only instant coffee and the food available was of a poor quality.
The location is good - very central, you can walk to many places or take one of the dala dalas. Our room was quite nice, the bed comfortable, enough warm water, TV worked too. The room was also very quiet. The breakfast was good and varied, we missed just some fresh vegetables and maybe some cheese. The restaurant staff was great - attentive, fast and friendly. We could also have an early breakfast because we had an early pick-up.
The reception staff lacks any sense of hospitality. Not only that everything takes an eternity, but especially after a super long flight you would expect a friendlier welcome and to be taken care of. Even if there is no room available in the morning (which I fully understand), you can still show your guests to the bathroom, where they could freshen up, a complementary tea would be an excellent idea, a smile wouldn't hurt either. Unfortunately, the hospitality industry in Tanzania is very different to standards in e.g. Europe or especially in Asia...
There was a young man at the reception, who I can't remember his name, but he was really helpful and very knowledgeable.. Hotel was clean and the bathroom were immaculate.. I fully recommend this hotel
The entertainment in the room was not functioning you had to look at the room wall or use your phone to be entertained.
