Pros (+) Got a great price, last minute for this room and had no complaints nor issues. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean. I got to see a beautiful sunrise on the ocean.

I will never a stay anyplace but Tropical Winds again! It is awesome! I had a "side" ocean view room, that was very bit as nice as a front view! Pros (+) I booked my stay within a small one day window, and there was a room available! The booking was simple! When I arrived there with my friends, it was conveniently on the beach. The pool was great, kind of small, but we made the most of it. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The view was alright, not the best, but it also could've just been my room that lacked a nice view. It's your typical...
Cons (-) The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. It was bumpy and rough. I slept on there since the bed was occupied, and I thought my back was going to break. I woke up sore and agitated from my uncomfortable slumber. I hope they replace their pull-out sofas with better ones. If I'm going to vacation near the ocean, I would like a good night sleep before a long day of activities.
