Pros (+) The hotel is inclusive, and the rooms are clean. Most of the staff I encountered were friendly. Overall, the stay was a good experience.
Cons (-) Some areas seem to not be updated and well taken care of. The pool room was empty of clean towels, dirty towels were scattered around, and the hot tubs were outdated and not as warm as most hot tubs.

Pros (+) Great warm cookies. Comfortable beds. Excellent A/C. Nice work out facility & pool.
Cons (-) Too many pubic hairs in the tub. Makes one a bit leery for taking a bath.

Pros (+) This hotel is clean and has a great location. You're 20 minutes from downtown and the airport. You're outside of the congestion of the city, but close enough tof get to all that's great about Detroit!
Cons (-) I had to call the front desk to have my room cleaned one day. Housekeeping came at 9 in the morning, and when we we said we didn't need anything at that time, they never came back to clean our room while we were out. They came after 7 PM after we called the front desk to complain.
