All the staff was friendly and willing to help with any needs. Clean pool with beach balls and all the hotel was clean.

The young lady that worked 3-11 was very helpful and polite. She goes above and beyond for the guest to make sure they are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a very comfy cozy Inn.

They ran out of parking spaces.

All staff was courteous and friendly. They were able to fulfill all of our special requests and fix the hot tub during our stay. Lobby and breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Room size was a bit small. Trim work needs paint refreshed.

It was dirty: There was a straight pen, a bear bottle cap and a prescription pill of some sort on the floor. My daughter needed a bath but I didn't dare give her one in that tub! There was black gunk all around the drain. The heater/ AC unit was LOUD!

I liked the hot breakfast choices. They had several options to choose from. I like the friendliness of staff.

They had some worn out furniture, loud refrigerators, and a worn out pull out mattress with no protector or cover.

The first everyone was very nice and helpful after that, little less nice the breakfast buffet was not the greatest biscuit hard as rocks. The cost was little high I feel since we were there for an event I think there should have been some better discount

The front desk staff was excellent...very efficient and professional. The Inn was nicely decorated and clean...looked like new carpeting.

The door to our room stuck and was hard to open from the inside. Had to jiggle the toilet handle to stop it from running.

Admittedly, I wasn't thrilled to travel to Decatur on business, but the hotel was impressive. I was there for only one night, but I found it to be clean, comfortable and new. Peeked into the pool and fitness room and wished I had had time to work out. Front desk personnel were super nice, as were all the housekeepers I bumped into in the hall. If you have to be in this part of Illinois, stay here.

Centrally located to where we intended to visit & was only a 45 min drive to Springfield & Champaign, IL.

Was not pleased the room did not have a small refrigerator to store drinks or leftover food from going to a restaurant.

Convenience to where we needed to be the next morning for business. Clean linens and bathroom. Quiet.

All rooms are pet friendly. Clerk was going to put us next door to a dog barking the whole time. If didn't hear it right away, would have had to insist on moving us later after we had already moved all of our stuff in. Pet rooms should be on one end/floor
