Deerfield Beach Resorts

I booked 3 nights here with my girlfriend. This hotel seemed like the best deal in the area as far as wanting an ocean view and a balcony. The fridge in the room was a great plus, we were able to buy drinks and snacks to keep in the room. The beds were comfortable, although extremely warm, just turn the thermostat way down before going to bed. The restaurants in the hotel were very good for breakfast and lunch.

The night desk person was very rude. We got back to the hotel one night around 11:30pm and wanted to know if room service was still available or if any of the restaurants were still serving. We waited at the desk for a few minutes before finally calling the hotel from one of our cell phones. The night desk person came out of the back to answer the phone, which was us standing there waiting on her. She rudely told us that she had too much work to do and could not stay at the desk. I would understand going to the back room around 3-5am, but this was 11:30 at night, people were still coming and going, bars and restaurants in the area were still open. I suggest this hotel give this person work they can do while at the desk.
