Pros: It was so quiet. Our room was great, no. It was amazing. We enjoyed how big it was. I wish we could've stayed longer!
Cons: Can't really think of anything. Maybe start to offer free parking considering you pay so much for a room...?
Cons: STAFF didn't cooperate
Cons: Great service. Amazing restaurant and bar with wonderful staff
Pros: I liked everything my wife and I thought it was perfect.

Pros: Staff was pleasant, room was clean, and we stayed a short time. But the first impressions weren't all that great.
Cons: We asked for a crib in the room once we arrived. It took almost a half an hour to get it. No coffee in the room, even though there was a coffee maker. Pull out bed had no sheets and it took about an hour to get them. Also dishes were left in the dishwasher and not put away.
Pros: Valet parking and the rooms were fantastic with great beds, comforters and pillows. Loved the small desk and seperate living room from bedroom.

Pros: I travel a ton for work, and rarely have I been in a hotel where each member of staff was so attentive and competent. I especially appreciated the front desk guy with the red beard, the guys that clean up after breakfast, and the hotel manager (I'm sorry I didn't get your names!). I've never written a review before, but you guys made our stay great, and I wanted people to know. The location is awesome too, as Bricktown is just a great place to stay in OKC.
Cons: This is totally minor, but I didn't like the super bright white light in the room lamps.
Cons: Include parking in price. $12 per car plus tip tends to get expensive.

Cons: The rooms were way too small! --- a night should get you a bigger room!
Pros: The staff were very good and worked extremely hard. However, they were grossly understaffed. As a result service was a bit of a disappointment.
Cons: The hotel is nice enough and the staff works hard, but the finer details that you would expect from a hotel that advertises themselves to be of 4 star quality were lacking.

Pros: Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away!
Cons: The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
Pros: Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it.
Cons: Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous.
Cons: The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.

Cons: Employees accused my fiance and her sister as prostitutes.
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Nothing, this was a great place to stay
Pros: We drove from Chicago, IL to El Paso, TX. This was the perfect middle nights stay. We stayed here going and coming back because we enjoyed it so much. The staff was amazing. Very nice and we got a dog bowl with treats included with our pet fee of $25. I love that they are pet friendly. Don't hesitate to book here. It is a comfortable and great stay.
Also! If you travel with a dog, they have a nice grass area right in front of the hotel to walk your dog any time of the day.
Cons: The complementary breakfast wasn't great, but everything else makes up for it.
Pros: Hot breakfast, pool
Cons: We made reservations for a one bedroom queen suite with a pull out couch and got a king bed with pullout couch. I called twice to confirm this was a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We have 3 small kids under 5 and I'm pregnant so there wasn't enough room for us. We tried to get the front desk person to switch the room but nothing was available and she was rude.
We called guest services and the front desk 3 times for pillows we never got. I had to go down to the front desk at 10pm to get them.
Pros: Amazing staff, went out of their way to help and be GREAT hosts!
Cons: Breakfast was disgusting! I went out for McDonalds, I don't normally eat fast food either.
Pros: Check in was easy. Lobby inviting. Kids thought they had hit the jackpot with the cleanliness and style. AC worked really well. Quiet. Nice that it was near the freeway but we never heard anything from the freeway. We all slept well. Breakfast was good. Easy to get back on the road. Nice that it is off the freeway.
Cons: It was hard to come from the I-44 turnpike and get over quick enough to the exit.

Cons: I am pregnant and was travelling with my 2 year old son. I booked a non-smoking room and upon arrival was told that smoking was all that was available. I did not get my money back or get upgraded to another room. I get very sick with the scent of smoke and didn't sleep well at all. Reception was also very rude to me when I called down to ask if they could do anything. Won't stay here again. There are better hotels in the area that assist their customers.
Cons: To much pet hair and dander everywhere.
Pros: The breakfast bar was very good the kids enjoyed the pool and the workout room so we loved our stay there will come back again

Pros: I came to visit OKC to watch a basketball game (Lakers vs Thunder) and I couldn't have pick a better hotel. It was right next door to the stadium.
Cons: I thought the price was a bit much for the size room, but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.

Pros: Rooms are big
Breakfast was good
Very close to the airport
Cons: Got put in a smoking room despite booking nonsmoking.
Got moved to a room where the AC blasted all night making it extremely cold despite being set for 80 it was closer to 60.
Pros: Fantastic breakfast and family friendly place and pet friendly
Pros: Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room.
Cons: When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.
Pros: It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming.
Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.
Pros: The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice.
Cons: The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.
Pros: Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.
Cons: Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
Pros: Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast
Cons: Reception staff could be a little more engaging and welcoming. Nothing rude or improper, just distracted and impersonal.
Pros: Everything was perfect except for check in process - where their is a total disconnect
Cons: Took time to check in online and then had no record of my check in at hotel. This caused a bit of hassle and frustration....
Pros: I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around.
Cons: I wish that the TV's let you change the video input settings, but they're locked into the cable input only
Pros: Best hotel in OKC-best deal- best breakfast. Safe hotel safe bet. Great Staff great everything.

Pros: Great location. Great happy hour & food in the bar was excellent. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent wifi. the breakfast attendant was super friendly & prepared tasty breakfast sandwiches.
Cons: My bed was a little soft.
Pros: The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch.
There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00.
The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay!
Cons: The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
Pros: This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool.
Cons: You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
Pros: Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
Pros: Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby
Cons: Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
Pros: The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was really nice. not the typical hotel breakfast it was above and beyond.
Cons: We had a problem with the tv at first the staff brushed it off as it was a common problem. But after 30 minutes and another phone call to the front desk staff connected us to someone that could help us. A guest before us had messed the settings up. We couldn't fix it with the basic remote so we were moved to a new room.
Pros: The staff were very pleasant.
Cons: The Internet was terrible.
Pros: The staff was nice and the location good.
Cons: The rooms were older and out of date. Full sized towels were not provided but were "available at the pool." None were actually there. When we mentioned this to staff, we were told some were being brought out. None ever arrived. The iron in our room was old, spilled water, and ended up burning my pants (ruining them). The staff was nice about it and apologized, getting me a new iron. However, the manager just said they'd "look into" the problem and never got back to me with any solution for the ruined pants. This place in equivalent to a cheaper hotel, not other hotels moderate hotels. It's not terrible but not what is expected for the inexpensive but not cheapest price.
Pros: Excellent staff
Pros: The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and truly assisted in all my needs...
Cons: The outdoor rooms for a woman staying alone.

Cons: I thought the hot tub over chlorinated. The front desk staff the only English speakers. The cleaning and brkfst staff while smiling and pleasant, spoke loud Spanish only to each other
Pros: Hotel employee at the front desk was exceptional. She was helpful with directions and remembered my name each time she saw me.
Pros: The fact that it was close to where we needed to be that weekend. Breakfast included made it easy on me with 3 kids. Indoor pool so the kids could play before bedtime.
Clean well run hotel with extra large parking area. Very friendly public areas for fans to visit.
Pros: Arriving late on a football weekend was no problem for the desk staff who reminded us that if we forgot anything to just ask. This was at 2:30 AM!
Cons: Nothing at all.
Loved this hotel. Will recommend this to anyone. Has been updated to very nice quality. Also, very clean. Enjoyed that the pool was indoor but that it was away from the rooms that way noise was not a big issue. Overall very pleased with the room, hotel, staff, and area. Everyone was very friendly.
Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel is definitely a top plus. Another great thing is that it is very nice. It has definitely been updated since the pictures that are posted on Priceline were put up. Very nice, quiet, relaxing environment.
Pros: Our room was very big and spacious. We had a great view of downtown!

Pros: The hot breakfast was nice, beds slept good and overall a nice place
Cons: Our room decor seemed like an afterthought. Huge space, small sofa, no eating space. Staff not very friendly.
Cons: Honestly wasn't impressed, I was expecting a lot more. Room had a lot of wear and tear, other guests were loud in the hallways and the hotel was right beside a highway so sleeping was difficult. Also upon check in a $15 hold was put on my card even though the room was already paid for and they already had my card for any incidental damages. The only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast, I will not be staying here again.
Pros: Clean; close to restaurants & shopping
Cons: Right off interstate so there is traffic noise
Pros: I travel regularly and its nice to just wind up somewhere that you know will be a nice place to sleep.
All I needed is a nice place to sleep
Pros: Liked it that the rooms had a kitchen área.
Cons: No Hot tub.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. The staff was very friendly and informative.
Cons: The location is right by a highway and a little noisy. The window in our room faced the highway though and it did seem like if you were a light sleeper, it could keep you up.
Pros: Very nice staff, clean and modern. Great stay!
Cons: The walls are paper thin. We could hear jumping above us and it was very loud. Thankfully they were quiet shortly after 10 pm.
Pros: My go to hotel in OKC when visiting my daughter who is in college there.
Great Location!!! Located in the heart of Oklahoma City's business district, this hotel caters to both the business and leisure traveler. Enjoy the 42" Hige Def TV, the Hyatt Grand Bed and Cozy Corner Couch. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast featuring daily, customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits.
Cons: Staff was....a bit odd. There were blood stains on the shower curtain, shower drain was clogged, water from sink occasionally smelled like sewage.
Pros: Nothing fancy, but not expected to be a Four Seasons. Room was big to give small kids extra room to run around. Would stay there again if in the area.
Pros: everything was great very clean and comfortable and my kids loved the breakfast bar
Cons: the floors were very wet and slippery due to people from the pool going to get on elevators there needs to be carpets placed in that area and inside elevators for safety reasons
Pros: Nice large room, very clean, good location in relation to everywhere we wanted to go. Had a good variety of choices for breakfast.
Pros: Did not like the tough " French toast" , Enjoyed the dinging waffle iron and the waffles. Room was clean and comfortable..

Pros: Was in much better condition than the last hotel we were in by baymont.
Cons: Location is not the greatest. About 2:30am a series of automobile alarms went off, checked my car and saw the problem was across the street.
Pros: The customer service was amazing! They were willing to keep the pool open an extra 30 minutes because I arrived so close the closing time. They also provided a fan for me for background noise so that I could sleep more comfortably. Breakfast was great!
Pros: Nice location, clean room, two outstanding restaurants near by.
Pros: Clean, helpful staff made change for the toll road New, hot breakfast
Pros: The staff was super sweet and so patient with me considering I lost my room key a couple times.
Pros: Location and that they accepted pets
Cons: Double charged card for incidentals 50 more than they said. Hairdryer in room didn't work and they knew about it. Vending machines didn't work and no options for drinks. Comforter was dirty, and the coffee machine has slime of some sort on it.

Cons: they need to leave the soda machine open 24/7 free for guest to drink also offer bottles of water because the water is horrible ion the hotel and smells bad due to lake water. They need to dust the rooms & update repaint the bathrooms. wifi did not work
Pros: Breakfast and hotel were fantastic! Staff was top notch! Best hotel experience I've ever had!nothing
Pros: Friendly and knowledable staff. Room was nice size And looked to be fairly clean.
Pros: The staff was so accommodating. Every employee asked if they could help, and they did from getting us breakfast a couple of minutes after they shut it down to having ketchup at 2 in the morning, to everything in between! We will be returning.
Cons: The building may need a little remodel, i.e. the grout was loose in some places.
Pros: I loved the two bedroom suite and the three TV's. I loved the privacy and quietness; the kitchenette was a bonus as well. Great accommodations.
Cons: It wasn't as clean as I would expect and prefer. There was trash in the bathroom, food in the cabinet. I think the sheets were clean.
Pros: Size of room
Cons: Hotel front desk clerk at check in was not rude neither was he friendly. Did not make me feel welcome.
