Pros (+) Friendly, safe, tried to be helpful. Breakfast was great, great location for business
Cons (-) Room service couldn’t get it right, the heat didn’t work properly- had to turn it up high to get it to blow then it would stop blowing hot air and blow cold , then hot again. This was in all the rooms
Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful both during check-in and out, as well as during my stay. The hotel has a small outdoor pool and exercise area for use which is nice.
Cons (-) There is very limited choice for the breakfast for vegetarian food. I did eat dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, but the restaurant only had one server and there were WAY too many patrons for just one... I feel she should have had help. She did the best she could under the circumstances.
