Pros (+) The beaches are pristine and the hotel staff provides excellent service at the beach. The wait staff are friendly and observant. They try to learn what you like and dislike and as a result service gets progressively better as your stay goes on.
Cons (-) Though it has been recently refreshed it is still obviously an older property. Missing or broken tiles here and there...that kind of thing just makes the place appear to be poorly maintained. Housekeeping was a joke during our stay and it was blamed on COVID-19. I can accept that they can’t go into the rooms daily. I can’t accept that that means I have to make multiple requests for fresh towels be...

Pros (+) The breakfast was so good. We have kids with food allergies and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The food at the outside bar want as good. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The pools and beach are beautiful.
Pros (+) Emerald-green colored beach is sensational. Best beach in USA. I’ve been to many beaches, trust me !! Check-in desk & valet well organized.
Cons (-) Bathrooms slightly dated. Family resort, however 1 pool should be adults & teens only if they wish to chill. Otherwise, prepare to be splashed every 10 seconds.

Cons (-) I'm mold sensitive and the main building smells strongly like mold. Not so much the lobby and and.ground floor but once you go up higher it gets intense. The newer building is better.
