Pros. Very friendly and professional front desk staff. The restaurant staff were also super amazing! The bellman and concierge could use some training on greeting guests. They literally stood there like a statue at the entrance as guests went in and out. Also, the night manager was giving weird stares to guests and not smiling at all. He should be taught how to smile.
Cons. Old amenities; hairdryer was so ancient. See above comments on staff.
Pros. Great hotel in a great location in West Bay. Staff are very friendly,and the airport shuttle is a great plus.
Cons. The Buffet lunch is very very expensive so before you have lunch there,check it out
