Pros (+) VIP treatment from arriving at Dubai airport to being ushered into a luxury car, to receiving our room. On arrival at the Atlantis at around 1000 our bags were taken care of and we were shown to breakfast and checked in simultaneously. Our room was ready about an hour later which was perfect. Pros (+) The water park was fun, the rapids allowed transportation for the park. The beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower was awesome.
Cons (-) The quality of food for in room dining was disappointing and not what we would expect for such a luxe resort. The spaghetti sauce was not “homemade” and too salty. The pancakes were not “homemade” and more manufactured. The eggs were instant scramblers and not fresh. We had better food at the IHOP.
