Services super Disaster
Location is wonderful facilities great There are mostly all great expect staff communication they need more improvement. Probably they have heavy stresses from management? But I couldn’t feel such a good service.
We always give very positive reviews as our expectations the overall experience boooo We specially requested and booked twin bed anniversary stay. High floor They give us KING SIZE bed and LOW FLOOR 5th floor From Arrival experience to all over experiences was disappointed. Staff have no communication skills Management should care of these . 1,Value of money 2,Always Focus on guest 3,Eye contact 4,geuene smile
we arrived very early in the morning from a long flight and we were really tired and wanted to sleep. we knew that check in time is at 3pm but we just tried to request if we could check in early w/out really expecting to get our request. but to our surprise, we were accomodated that early and we were really thankful and we appreciated that. we were able to take some rest before going on sightseeing. For this, we highly commend the staff esp. Rowell for doing their best to ready our booked suite. He made us feel welcome and feel at home at that moment. The other staff were also very warm and attentive to our needs. They really made a difference in our stay and we will always remember that with gratefulness and fondness.
The luxurious surroundings and attentive staff
Food is average.
This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The appearance, comfort, services and food were outstanding.
The exquisite service provided by the hotel's staff...Yo really get to be spoilt and treated privately with everybody just willing to serve you :)

The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there.
