Check-in at the front desk was quite awful, with a slow and seemingly inexperienced person. There is a claim that air conditioning exists in the room, but I assure you there is no such thing. If you prefer a cool room to sleep in . . . good luck! Windows do not open enough to cool off the room. On the positive, this is a very secure hotel and the rooms are otherwise comfortable.
Pros. Bed was comfortable and big, lovely bathroom
Cons. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Manager wasn’t nice. Security guard came to me while I was on the phone and pokes me on the shoulder and said “the manager wants to talk to you”. No manners
