Staff in all departments very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner very good.
Room was very basic and corridors are very unwelcoming. paintwork was also very dirty. Although reception area, restaurant and bar were very nice, clean and modern, the hotel is let down by the bedrooms and corridors. In need of an update. Although staff were lovely, two days out of three we didn’t receive early morning call as requested. Full of apologies but that’s not a lot of good when you oversleep!
Not a lot
Lack of commodities in room (ie. Only 1 shampoo & 1 bath foam; no hot chocolate) towel replacement not good; no 'fridge or safe; Beds not adequately made; glasses and mugs not always replaced Unable to get a coffee in bar after 11:00pm
The food was edible and reception area is nice.
There is not a chance it should be a 4 star hotel the room is so old and dated. The bathroom is pretty horrible especially the rotten door. Carpet is stained and so old. Whole room needs renovation
Room 335 bathroom very dated and smell of urine in the bedroom. Seemed clean enough though.
Location and accessibility, price.
Split breakfast room.
