Pros (+) The room we had this time was renovated and relatively clean. It was in a quiet area of the hotel. The staff was friendly, outgoing, and as accommodating as much as possible. I liked that breakfast was included and the breakfast staff tried to keep up on replenishing depleted foods.
Cons (-) There were a few negatives. When arriving and putting our things in the room there was a block of wood with a rusty nail protruding in which one of us stepped on. The temperature was hot all the time and at breakfast we gradded a bagel from the tray and there was mold on it. Lastly when getting my bill at checkout I was charged $12 a night for parking which I hadn't been informed of to begin with ...
