Pros (+) When I was checking in it was midnight. There was a young woman beside me who was 1/2 dressed and obviously very intoxicated. She had lost her phone... was a mess. She was insisting her boyfriend was in the hotel and she needed a key. The staff couldn't find his name on their register (very likely she was at the wrong hotel!!) but they gave her an old shift from lost and found and were unfailingly...

Pros (+) See Cons, as there was more than there was Pros. However, I should give my compliments to the reception and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and accommodating. I left my watch in the first room we were given (immediately switched), and housekeeping did report this, and it was quickly returned to me at reception when I noticed.
