Breakfast was amazing
Stayed here while we were in town for an oilers game and it was A quick walk to the stadium. Nice clean rooms!
Not a fan of paid parking. It’s $15 a day
Location was great
Smelled like a sewer back-up in the hallways & the ax didn't work so was really hot.
Good downtown location
elevator out of order. Wasn't easy to get to and from my room.
Staff was friendly. On site parking for minimal charge.
The shower was hot and cold hot and cold. No facilities around and the elevator was broken but said scheduled maintenance. Room was cold. Wall paper is peeling. My Towels were all wet on arrival. Noisy hallways. Check out could not be extended without extraordinary charges.
Short stay only feature is location
Downtown, would be perfect if you didn't have a vehicle and are not going to be there long
Have to pay 15 per night per vehicle, Bad lighting, stairs are set up really weird (doesn't connect you to all parts of hotel) so you have to use elevator or end up going way around the building,
It seems alright untill the power goes off
When we arrived the staff was helpful, the beds were comfy, housekeeping was amazing. The location wasnt perfect but there were busses to the West Edmonton Mall always and a handfull of close restaurants.
We had our wifi cutting out on us or not working every day, our power got shut off 3 times, and the room was fairly small with minimal outlets in the room, all of which were all being used for two extra lamps, a coffee machine we did not use the whole trip, tv, alarm clock that we did not use and a bedside lamp. The elevator was very worrisome, could only hold five people and would sometimes open to the same floor twice, very slow as well.
Very good for rest
The cleaning lady was always on time and fast.
Vary out dated. I could hear everyone from other rooms. The key cards kept resetting so I needed to reinstate them several times.
Good access to transit.
Lack of stop in bathroom sink.
The LRT taking us to the Rexaul centre and back to the hotel, the convience of the restraunts.
The location to our venue and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The room was very hot.
the space in the room and the availability for the gym use and parking lot
the hotel was in a very convenient location, the staff were friendly & helpful, restaurant was handy
phone would not dial long distance
The central loction and the local attached cafes, also the very pleasant staff at the desk.
Yes, I am only 5.feet tall and could not use the central desk as a desk - to write on. I would not be alone in thisw respect.
I liked the location, free parking and free wifi. Additionally the rooms were very clean and the reception staff very quick and efficient.
Cheap, clean, safe, relatively secure parking lot. Quiet, good sleep.
Old, but acceptable as reflected in the pricing.
The hotel smelt of raw sewage, in the main lobby and throughout the hotel. We pointed this out several times and different members of staff told us various versions of the cause of this.
Reception staff very helpful, informative and pleasant. The location is great. Housekeeping staff very efficient and helpful, they are often overlooked, but I appreciate their hard work.
