10.0 Excellent
Pros: location location location ..... my 5th or 6th stay here, just love the place, so close to everything, and just across from the train station is so handy. Marvel is only a 5 min walk, and the casino isnt much further.. highly recommended.
Cons: not much really, a little ageing, a few imperfections, flaking door, some less than professional repairs, but absolutley nothing that would stop me staying here again, my hotel of choice with every trip.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to transport and places to get something to eat after hours.
Cons: Extremely noisy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient and cheap
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good room - convenient location. had a peculiar smell on initial arrival however dissipated after some time.
Cons: Not a case of 'not liking anything'. Didn't get to experience all the facilities to better gauge the hotel due to COVID-19. There was no room service, or daily room cleaning. However clearly reflected in the price and understandable considering the circumstances. Hence can't give a full reflection of the hotel's service and facilities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close to Sky Bus at Southern Cross. It was a very hot day but my room was cold on arrival, thank you to the cleaning crew had left the AC . Well priced and perfectly cooked steak dinner in hotel lobby restaurant.
Cons: TV did not have international news stations.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was good value for money until I was disturbed significantly thorough the night, no room change option was given. Quite disappointed
Cons: Other guests atrocious behaviour throughout the night woke me and kept me awake for several hours and the mess of bedding and what I assume was food of sorts was left in the corridor breezeway area from at least around 2am when I first saw it, and was still there upon checkout at 10am.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, modern bathroom & well placed lighting for reading
Cons: Had considered booking a further night at the weekend but thought the hike in price would not have been value for money for a budget room
6.0 Good
Pros: CLOSE BY THE TRAIN STATION
Cons: SOMETIME I GOT THE ROOM'S AIR CONDITIONING TOO LOUD NOISE
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for train travelers from Southern Cross and easy access to trams. Only slight criticism is the sound of trams travelling on Spencer Street. Will use again.
Cons: Only slight criticism was the noise from the trams on Spencer Street.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was great for a no frills over night stay. I often pay $--- a night but thought I had give this place a try based on reviews. I had stay again
Cons: There are a few stairs which can be difficult to carry bags up
6.0 Good
Pros: Close to Southern Cross Station, trams.
Cons: No.

Cons: The rooms could have a toilet brush and air freshner and sanitiser in them.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was great , the staff service was awesome.
Cons: The facility too old , especially for bathroom, it looks like 00s style .

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location,staff extremely helpful.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Bathrooms
Cons: Claustrophobic
1.0 Poor
Pros: This hotel needs to be shut down worst place that I have ever stayed at in my life.
Cons: Let’s just say if this place did not exist I would be happy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in and welcome. Parking easy and included. Across from police station, safe!
7.7 Good
Pros: Prime location.
Cons: The housekeeping lady took all my shampoo and conditioner and soap and on top of that didn’t give ms hand towels, just bath towels and tiny washcloth, no hand towels.
1.0 Poor
Cons: There wasn't a bar at the hotel so when you came back to the hotel you had to go to your room. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and relax also most hotels would have a restaurant. The girls appearance on reception let the hotel down .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, pretty much directly opposite Southern Cross station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, clean and large room, friendly stuff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel looked great from the entrance hall, they had decorated it very nicely for Christmas and it was in a great location.
Cons: The staff were not very helpful, the room was very small and the curtains had stains on them. The alarm clock started going off at midnight so I had to unplug it and one of the lights wouldn’t turn off so I had to try and sleep with it on all night
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great
Cons: Because of pandemic restrictions to room service
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently situated near the station
Cons: Breakfast bar did not allow for vegan, no soy milk for coffee or tea. Would be nice if some soy milk would be available on my next visit.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location, the ease to public transport was fantastic. The view was awesome although the option for fresh air via a window would have been excellent. Staff were always pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: There were a number of missing and what I think should be a standard inclusion in a standard room these days, and even more considering the Covid19 issues at present. Items that I would have found useful but were not present: • microwave • toaster • plates • cutlery • a decent sized mug for hot drink • a bedside lamp • a entertainment system to be able to either stream or cast from your own device • a little welcome note about where to smoke etc • there was only 1 extra pillow and no bedding and more specifically blankets etc • no jugs or bottle of water The bathroom was clean and there were enough towels and washers etc, however the shower rose needs updating to a hand held type of one which the majority of hotels and similar accommodations now provide, there was a very strong odour seemingly coming from the toilet from the beginning of my stay etc. The redeeming part was the continual hot water, but the water pressure was just ok given the shower rose probably being the reason for that. Lastly the room needs a little bit of a full once over including behind and underneath furniture etc, I did assist by pulling all the furniture out and away from the walls etc to help them attend to that. The list of improvements above may seem a little excessive but I would have loved to do a little shop at Coles located down the road (5 min) walk and yeh microwave a meal or perhaps put on some toast etc, but yes not to be so. The very last observation was there is a very large police presence especially at night when you pop your head out for a cigarette or even maybe just a run down to convenience store for something, and i understand that they are protecting our streets, however to have them drive by you twice and very slowly is a little unnerving to say the least. The stay was good .. however a few tweaks and upgrades/additions and would lift it to amazing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything, the room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the location was close to everything we needed and the breakfast was outstanding with so many different choices.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pan pacific and the staff were exceptional for the 5 days we were staying there in the not perfect situation (covid 19)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was exceptional in the lounge. The entire staff were top notch. The hotel was well situated in the South Wharf so it was easy to find a restaurant.
Cons: Nothing. Great place to stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is nice, rooms are quite ok, views great, Club lounge only average, i paid top money for the stay and they closed the lounge way early, No breakfast in lounge it was on ground floor and breakfast was very average, like i said i paid top dollar, i would recommend staying elsewhere
Cons: Club lounge average, closed way early, i asked if the current situation would effect them but no talk of any discounts or anything was ever entered into, Breakfast was average, service bad, coffee delivered stone cold, Its not a 5 star hotel, despite the events in the world you dont have to drop your standards to 2 star motel level, and charge Top Top rates
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We chose it for it's location. It is adjacent to the Melbourne Convention Centre Plenary auditorium where we attended a presentation by the astrophysicist Dr Neil DeGrass Tyson.
Cons: There was a small light in the bathroom which was on all night, no control switch to be able to turn it off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views down the river and the comfortable bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was positioned beautifully over the Yarra with a wraparound view and lots of natural light.
Cons: Our trip was the first chance in several months to simply relax and rejuvenate and to celebrate our first pregnancy. We looked forward to taking advantage of the view, enjoying netflix in our loungeroom, and the benefits of the club lounge. Unfortunately we discovered that there was an IT issue which mean casting was not available and was not resolved during our 3 night stay. Having stayed at Pan Pacific several times, we were disappointed that the club lounge had sorely undercatered for the amount of bookings and did not have enough food. We were physically pushed out of the way by other diners in their attempts to get to food, and subsequently we gave up on two of our evenings and either headed out or ordered (disappointing) room service. Pan Pacific has given us such great experiences prior to this and while we understand that circumstances are sometimes beyond control, we were so disappointed to be left without communication or alternative options.
7.0 Good
Cons: Poor AC TV didn’t work - in either room . Complained to staff twice . Not good enough for a $700 a night room -price bumped up for Formular 1 ..also not good ...although understand not hotels fault that didn’t go ahead

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed with my daughter as a break from isolating in our home. The hotel was clean, staff were wonderful and we were lucky enough to have our room ungraded. We got the River view and high level room as per request. They also gave us free orange juice in the morning to support our immune systems during this time. Wonderful as always, will keep coming back!

Cons: Long waits for lift (and always crowded). Erratically working (or non-working) in-room Wi-Fi. Not enough sugar packets for tea or coffee. Housekeeping service generally did not arrive until 3-4 pm.

Cons: Gday, I think you should include parking fee in the room price and then it looks like you get parking for free
10.0 Excellent

Cons: No bathtub, and the room heated up very quickly without AC blasting the entire time.

Cons: Restaurant closes pretty early.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Superb location; nice rooms; excellent lap pool.
Cons: Walls paper-thin, can hear neighbors' conversation. Housekeeping often took until late afternoon to clean room; they do a good job, but clearly need additional workers.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: Paid for a top room that wasn't clean i couldn't even get complimentary champagne or a room upgrade considering couldn't even use facilities and there was hardly any clients in the hotel. Poor service and room was small considering how much i paid for a top suite. I should receive a complimentary room considering room wasn't clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and glamourise. Complimentary late check out was amazing. In room dining was to die for! Even catered for a vegan diet on request. Will definitely be coming back.
Cons: That I had to go home
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed
Cons: A bit pricey
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were delightful, room was spacious and comfy, food was pretty good.
Cons: The only issue was room temperature - we couldn't get the air con on and it got a bit hot and stifling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very polite helpful staff
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are still quality
Cons: So a simple request for a late check out resulted in 3 phone call the last one waking me and thus ruining the reason I wanted a late check out ( oh which has gone up from pre lockdown) which was to sleep and that it took 3 calls to 3 people at reception before James called to wake me to tell me that it was ok was deeply frustrating. The turn down service which was done prior to arrival last week is no longer available, there no complimentary water now or bottle of wine on arrival unlike last 3 trips and although they say room service stops at 11:30 it was still going gangbusters at the room next to mine 1805 well past midnight so much so that the staff had to shout it out loudly to get the party that was going on to hear them( waking me hence the requested late check out). All in all given the fantastic previous 7 stats this was extremely below par and not worth the almost $600 I spent. It seems Crown have lost their way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff are as always exceptional. Best I’ve ever experienced
Cons: Everything

Pros: Great location and nice room. would stay again
4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the location, even though it doesn't feel safe during the night. The personnel is very nice all the time. And the foyer it's lovely.
Cons: The room was ugly, old and small. The outside noises pass through the door not letting you sleep if anyone walks or talks in front or near your door. Plus, the bed was uncomfortable. Lastly, the bathroom set up was annoying.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Mostly quiet. Quaint old building. Easy access. Trams just outside. Close-by eating facilities.
Cons: Terrible squeaky floorboards in our room. However, it is an old building. I asked another person how there's were and they had no problem; we were just unlucky, I guess.

Pros: Convenient location to everything in CBD. Friendly staff. Got a last minute deal for a 3 night holiday and the room more than suited our needs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the view despite it being over a construction site, food service was neat too- fast and tasty. Not to mention the cleaning of the room while we went out was respectable of our belongings
Cons: The fact the corona was ever looming. My friend and I missed a huge event we had booked- however we decided to still stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesone stay.
Cons: Didnt get inform about the check out time , which some house keeping come knock our door rudely for 2 consecutive morning .

6.0 Good
Pros: Staff a fijien Lady, but has to stop calling me sir only 33 years old.
Cons: Wasn't as clean as it should be, no amendment in the fridge. Also parking is ridiculously inconveniently far from the hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice friendly hotel with good facilities, nice little cafe next door for breakfast and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. This is the second time I've stayed here, and would happily stay again.
Cons: The train station construction site across the road. But that won't be there forever. For now, ask for a quiet room, which I did, when you book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean room, quiet and amazingly big super comfy bed. Staff exceptionally helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good and view typical in a high rise city. My room was nice and quiet on 7th floor and in the particular position I had; air con excellent, WiFi good, kitchen had appropriate utensils. Everything very clean. Good linen and pillows.
Cons: The white, supposedly spring-opening cupboards in kitchen were irritating as they didn't spring open enough. The original kitchen designer didn't take into consideration the need for a micro-wave, and it now takes up too much bench space as well as getting in the way of the power points. Silly over-sight in the original design because a micro wave is essential in a hotel room where people are more likely to have take-away meals.

Pros: Lovely Hotel. Staff excellent. Although Breakfast was not a Buffet and it's because of this crazy time regarding Virus. The hotel gave us the option of cooked breakfast, which was beautiful. Room was spacious, bed super comfy, roomy bathroom, and everything was thought incase you had forgotten something. Enjoyed lovely cocktails after dinner, which was made by Toby. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm
Cons: No
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It is a nice looking building from the outside
Cons: The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. It doesn't smell great when you walk in, the rooms aren't particularly clean, paint is flaking off the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, the rooms are way too hot and noisy, overall it was a bad experience.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Room was very small, especially relative to the sizes of other rooms available within the same price range. A number of things within the room that were either not well thought out, dirty, or out of place in a 5 star hotel led to a much decreased rating.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful historic look and feel. Also great location.
Cons: Over priced for what it was. I don't mind spending money but I think what you pay for is the doormen, the beautiful foyer and the maintenance of the historic building because the room itself was small, uncomfortable, the bed moved everytime you moved and there was a loud humming throughout the night that we couldn't source. The shower also lacked water pressure.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We had a most unfortunate stay at the Windsor, our carpet was wet due to a leaking roof (we were on the top floor and it was raining) very little sleep. But the staff were fantastic. We were offered a room change but at 3am that was not an option we were prepared to take.
Cons: The location is very good, the staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location / history
Cons: Could hear people walking on floor above - keep me up
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice, large and exception
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Cons: It would have been nice to have a window instead of the frosted glass.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Its location
Cons: needs updating

Pros: Excellent Hotel & location the Deluxe King Room was Amazing with balcony and City Views, the Breakfast Bar was awesome heaps of choice very fresh. The Staff were so friendly and always with a smile. We absolutely loved happy hour at Harry's Lounge sitting by the window watching the world go by.

Cons: Harry's Restaurant, we ate two dinners there with the head waiter, who was rude both nights.
7.0 Good
Pros: - The service was great. The front desk staff were truly welcoming and very helpful. - Bed within the new Queen suite was amazing. Instantly fell asleep. - New Queen suite was clean, and the robes were quite comfortable.
Cons: - The 'original' suites feel old, and are quite dark. Not worth the 5-star rate. - The room service food that we ordered left a lot to be desired. Calamari was bland and disappointing. Club sandwich and fish were average but with lukewarm/slightly soggy.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and the free shuttle was convenient
Cons: There wasn't any food at all at the hotel. The interconnecting door was locked until we requested even though we were staying with children and the requested cot was not there that we requested days early, nor did we recieve reply about it. We were also given 1 key card for 2 rooms, meaning we couldn't turn the power on unless requesting a second card. Inconvenience for a higher price stay.

Pros: You really can't beat the convenience to the MEL airport. I've stayed here multiple times, even when it was owned by a different chain. And I found that the quality and service have improved over time. The wifi signal was relatively strong (always a plus), and the restaurant was enjoyable. The bed was comfy. Everything was mostly clean - except the desk chair - I just avoided it and wasn't too fussed about it.

Pros: Location, size of room, bed, shower., were all as our previous many stays at this facility inclusive of cleanliness, based on the current situation we are in it is hard to complain, we were down for cancer treatment which unfortunately was tinted by the hotel stay.
Cons: Your heating and blankets in the room was dismal, the heating was on 28 on arrival and was no good and did not improve, we looked for blankets to keep us warm but by 9.30 pm we gave up, had a very cold night with minimal sleep and were glad to shower and get out or there early to Stvincents in the morning.
