Older, a bit of charm, not pretentious, not a chain.
Proximity to RMNP
Steep parking lot, bathroom door wouldn't close, TV awkwardly connected to extension cord hanging in the air.
The owner was very nice.
We had quite a few bugs in the room
It had the Rocky Mountain charm I was expecting. The bathroom appeared to have been recently updated which was nice. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave.
There was no safe in the room. The closet went unused during our stay and could have been more square footage in the room if it were opened up.
The hotel had a balcony overlooking the Estes Park mountains. The room was in a private entrance away from most of the rooms. It was upstairs with a great view.Plenty of electrical outlets in the room.
No complimentary breakfastParking was limited
the Deluxe King suite was amazing! There was so much room and had great accommodations. The fireplace was perfect since it rained a lot when we were there.
There was no continental breakfast.
Hotel was wonderful, completely exceeded expectations. Beautiful room, beautiful view, great staff. I can't wait to come stay again!
Nice little quaint hotel, very quiet, comfortable. It is old, but we don't mind that. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great! Overall, I had no complaints.
The internet was pretty slow which was annoying. The location wasn't terrible but it could be better.
The hotel was clean, reasonably modern (updated), and very conveniently located. My interactions with the staff were very positive.
It is what it is, a small, old motel in a tourist place. Given that, it was really a great place to stay.
It was a good location & even though it wasn't new, we really enjoyed the quaintness of it. Clean & affordable.
Would have liked continental breakfast, but we still enjoyed our stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and well maintained for an older facility. Great balcony with views of the mountains from our bed! Nice staff.
A little pricey, especially for not having a continental breakfast included.
Older motel, but room was clean, comfy and full of amenities. Staff very friendly, and parking right in front of your room.
room about like closet asked for 2 quean beds back in feb no luck
So incredibly clean! Comfortable and cozy rooms with good quality pillows and linens. Great hot shower in a very clean bathroom. The owner, Susan, and her husband, are extremely hospitable and friendly. Really a great price for an expensive town.
Hotel was near the center of everything we wanted to do.
Need a larger sign, as we drove past it about 3 times before seeing it, then had a hard time finding the actual entrance to the parking lot, which was tiny and hard to maneuver in when other cars were there.
