It is important to know which of the 3 hotel buildings you book... the Aspire is newer and has air. The other 2 do not. Beautiful area.
The location is beautiful and the lobby of the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are in need of repair. Our room wasn’t bad, although there were coffee pods but no coffee maker. The windows didn’t open but there were no screens and a few bugs so wouldn’t have opened them. The room was definitely not good if you factor in the price we paid for it. Cesar, at Registration, was great and moved our room to one adjoining our cousins room, who we were traveling with. We were originally booked on the second floor but the elevators were not working. Josh, our waiter In the bar, was super nice and extremely helpful when asked for his expertise on ordering food and drink. The food and drink at the Hotel were YUMMY!!! The Lodge was beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the staff at the Lodge were friendly and catered to our every need.
The price of the rooms at the Hotel, considering they needed some “spiffing up”, a coffee maker to go with the coffee and the windows could not be opened.
I wanted to stay in the main hotel but couldn’t.
The room was spacious.
Room is so barely furnished. No hair dryer. Rat running in the kitchen which the hotel staff dismissed as being in the mountain. The hotel front desk has only one staff member, so hard to get through to talk to someone. Whisky Bar was crowded.
Liked the deck and room decor and style.
The tv didn’t work and the technician never got it fixed.
