Pros. Walking Distance to Stadium and University . Good location to get to running trails along the river. In general a clean hotel next to the University .
Cons. Limited Parking within the hotel parking area. If you get back late you wont find a place to park and you will have to go to the overflow parking across the street. Access to the hotel is off a one way street and somewhat difficult to access if your going the wrong way. Toilet in the room was not working well and I had to get a plunger and plunge the toilet multiple times. Shower handle poorly installed and difficult to get it in the right position to turn on and then turn off. Water pressure was very limited. (My room was on the third floor).
