Friendly staff, comfortable room and great food options at walking distance.
Someone walking upstairs woke me up
The location and quality of the hotel makes it a great place to stay on your visit to Eugene. The friendliness of the staff makes it the only place to stay.
I cannot think of a thing I did not like about the property or the sense of community you feel when you stay there.
Staff were very accommodating. Allowed for very early check in and we used their complimentary car service multiple times. Would definitely come back.
Loved everything about this hotel. The room was very large with a sitting area dining area and a very large bathroom with double sinks! The room also had a working fire place and a very comfortable bed! The room was exceptionally clean and we didn't want to leave. The feel of the hotel is luxurious as soon as you walk in the lobby. The outside does not do the hotel justice. Absolutely worth the value.
There seemed to be a train beat by and we could hear the horn several times during the night.
