Cons (-) High-speed Internet was anything but. Very frustrating. Asked cleaning folks to come back later when I was in the room in the morning - and they never came back at all. Also, some curious choices: no fan at all in the bathroom, so it was like a steam room. Cons (-) We were staying in town as a result of a family member being in the area hospital - we ended up being double billed for one of our two rooms and the hotel also has a hospital rate that is actually more then we could get online.
