Picked up the car and quickly realized that the tires were worn out beyond safety levels. I returned to the Budget Fargo airport location and got another car Headlights on car #2 were not properly aligned, which became a safety issue in poor visibility conditions.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. I would NEVER buy a Ford Edge.Alamo
