Very clean.
The walls are paper thin. Early in the morning the cleaning staff would vacuum the hallways and hit out door making a ton of noise. Our first night there was some sort of concert right across the hotel and it was extremely loud until about midnight. Couldn’t really get a good night sleep. The hotel is ok, very basic but there’s not much to do around town.

The location was perfect; right across the street from the harbor. Everything close by. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was included. The room was tastefully decorated.
There was no parking (which I had not taken note of when I placed the reservation so really my fault). There was a specific odor in the hallway and room which seemed musty.
