The Story Guest House

The location of the Story Guest House is great! In the middle of the old town of Faro and close to all the nice restaurants, bars, and more. The kitchen was fine to prepare some basic breakfast in.

The room was very very basic, and a bit noisy. Moreover, I found it unsanitary there was only one sheet covering the mattress.

Cheap Hostel good for a short stay. Excellent location in the city center, close to major tourist attractions as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Small balconies available in the rooms. Shared kitchen available. 10 minutes walk to the train / bus station. Nice staff, we could leave out luggage for a few hours after checked out.

The bathrooms need a little renovation also sometimes basic things like hand soap were not available. On the balcony a dirty pillow on a chair - better not be there at all.

The place is close to all the attractions. You have shops and restaurants less than a minute walking. The staff is really nice and the room was clean.

The location is great, the room was nice and clean.

The reception was supposed to be open from 8am till 8pm but the receptionist was rarely present. The bathrooms were okay (there are two for a floor) but they were a little dirty sometimes and the doors of the showers were broken. And also for a whole day the water did not work.
