Very nice owners, we did feel very much at home.
A very quiet village and our room had beautiful views along the valley. Nice ambience in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner. Hotel completely closes on a Tuesday, which seems a bit strange
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful and the facilities were very clean and fresh. We didn't have an evening meal here, but the buffet breakfast was varied and very tasty. Erika came and chatted with us briefly at breakfast which was a nice personal touch, so too were the welcome postcards in the bedrooms with a little chocolate. There weren't any croissants for breakfast when we were there, which we missed.
Hotelstaff very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming in the hall was the basket with all kinds of fresh fruit. Guests could use hotel internet for free.
friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good location, within walking distance of everything including chairlift. Way better than St. Moritz.
Very cosy family hotel in a gorgeous setting
Welcoming, clean & modern room in a historic building, the views over the rooftops and surrounding valley, nice fresh bread in the buffet breakfast along with yoghurts, cereals etc. Nice place to eat in the evening too. Beer garden was put to good use. The town is small and better for it, yet has all the essentials (cafes, grocery stores, even an ATM)
The friendly welcome. Made to feel we were home. All we could want in such a great location.
Nice hotel with helpful staff
Peacefulness and tranquil surrounds.
Everything, it is really good in all aspects. The way people care, treat and help you is remarkable
The beautiful location of Berguen. The wonderful staff. The free parking. The view from the room. The comforting atmosphere. The small town of Berguen which still has lots of local (farming, wood industry, hunting) activity apart from tourism. Allthough everything in the hotel looks new it's style is a little old fashioned. Could do with small updates. The number of TV channels was limited but who needs TV in these surroundings.
